Ellen her office manager is extremely rude. I agree with the other comments that she only cares about collecting payment. She hung up on me and was very condescending. I’ve been going to Dr. Manoj for almost 10 years but my recent interaction with Ellen has completely ruined my experience and I will be going to a new doctor now.

EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate doctor. I couldnt stand to be in her office for more than 3 minutes. She is insensitive, rushed and cut me off 3 times while making a nasty face. No bedside manners at all!

EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate of her patients. I'm sure she is aware but she needs to learn some decent bedside manners or else all of her skill sets goes down the drain.

You cannot find a more caring, efficient and professional office. The doctor schedules her appointments so that there are no long waits. The realize that your time is important too. I have recommended Dr. Manoj to all my friends and family.

Dr. Manoj has been my doctor for 10+ years and I was honestly shocked by the negative reviews here because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her. She can certainly be a bit brusque and she has a very no nonsense attitude (when we found out I’m prediabetic she didn’t mince words when she told me I need to lose weight and get my sugar down.) She is a great doctor, but if you need someone to really sugarcoat things for you she is probably not the right choice for you.

I would give no stars if I could. I have gone to this dr since I was a teenager, but she has gotten so bad over the past few years. Very unprofessional. She does not have empathy for her patients and is as cold as ice. I had an experience where I was very scared, even crying in her office about something going on with my body and she looked at me like she could care less and didn’t say anything to comfort or calm me down. Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor.

I wish I could have given her no star. Totally unprofessional attitude and has no respect for the noble profession. Not geared at all towards patient wellbeing...but cares about just everything else. Specifically took an appointment for a procedure and went there and she informed me that she cannot perform the procedure as insurance did not cover of cost. This of course was done after charging my copayment and billing the insurance. Stay away from her.

I find Dr Manoj to be very caring and understanding. She is blunt and tells it like it is which I respect very much. She genuinely cares about her patients health. Her staff is great and I have never had a long wait. The Doctor that I used before her would tell you whatever you wanted to hear and the wait could be up to two hours. I moved almost a hour away from her office and still continue to use her.

Extremely rude and couldn't even pretend like she cares about seeing her patients. Always rushes out to end the encounter when there aren't any patients waiting outside. Waiting to find another physician in the area who can provide quality care and have better bedside manners.
