Dr. Klump does not take time to listen to the patient. He did not read my X-ray before surgery and performed surgery on me without knowing my kidney stone was too high in my kidney to be reached in surgery (this would have been noticed on the X-ray). In my follow up, he once again did not check my details and entered the appt confused about the details of my surgery which he had done a week prior, and once again attempted to get me to do surgery on my kidney without looking at the X-ray. I asked him to look at the details of my charts and after he did he revised his decisions, and I cannot imagine the pain and pointless procedures I would’ve gone through if I had not asked him to read the details of my charts and to look at my X-ray. Bottoms line: Dr. Klump DOES NOT READ CAREFULLY AND PERFORMS SURGERY FIRST AND ASKS QUESTIONS AFTER. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Recently had an appt scheduled for 11:30. Dr didn't even show up til 12:30! Proceeded to rush through my visit and didn't even mention going over my ultrasound results. Had to scramble to find the ultrasound, then read to me the results of an ultrasound on my kidneys, not my liver, which is what the ultrasound was for in the first place. Will be moving to another doctor soon
