Dr. Canowitz is an attentive and professional family doctor of mine for most of my adult life and he has always handled my health with the upmost of care and concern. He always makes me feel very comfortable with his care and he is also the same doctor my mother and father have had for years. Exemplary professional with great bedside manner.

Dr. Canowitz is a great physician that has supported our entire family for over 10 years. I really appreciate the time he takes to understand our individual needs. It's also great that he specializes in both internal med and pediatrics so we don't have to go to 2 different practices.

He was very personal, detailed and didn’t rush my visit. Listened attentively to my concerns and addressed each and everyone of them. Very pleased and has done more in 1 visit than my previous doctor did in 3 years.

Dr Canowitz is awesome. Great bedside manner and very focused on his patient. Really listens and discusses options with you. Makes sure you are followed up with. Couldn’t be any better!

Dr.Canowitz has been my family doctor for 20 years and he always listens and communicates well. He has always been there for me and my family.

My initial visit with Dr. Canowitz was outstanding! He asked probing questions, sought clarity fir understanding. He LISTENED and talked to me. For my initial wellness visit, I was very impressed.

Canyon Medical Center was able to successfully and efficiently get me in to see the doctor. With all of the current Covid-19 protocols, I was checked in without any issues. I appreciate the care I receive from my doctor at Canyon.

I just had my yearly physical checkup with Dr Canowitz. He does a great job of reviewing the blood work results, asking the right questions, answering questions that I have and taking time to discuss concerns. By the end of the appointment I feel I have clear actions to take.

Have been his patient for a few years now after my previous doctor retired. I find him to be on top of both my medical history and my treatment. He does not hesitate to schedule whatever is necessary to my benefit. I also like his sense of humor.

Dr, Canowitz has been treating me and my family for years. He is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely accessible and responsive. He communicates fully and well. He is realistic about what can and can't be accomplished and tells it like it is. Having him as my doctor for all these years has improved my life and I feel very grateful for him. He has seen me through big things and small. He has referred me to others as needed and followed up to be sure things worked out. I was referred to him by a doctor friend of mine who gave serious thought before making the recommendation. I couldn't be more glad to have followed his advice. I recommend him unconditionally.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. This Doc has no humanity. He oversees others in his practice, but when one calls with even the most urgent question, you cannot expect to hear from him. Period. Have called half a dozen times over the last 12 hours and can get no response except that someone will give him a message.

This doctor is on franklin county courts right now stay far away from him and his practice I'm sorry I don't like to complain but stay far far away from this doctor! This guy held a prescription from me that I have been on for 15 years and require to maintain a healthy body for what he said I owed 100 dollars! This guy makes u pay before you see him and has sign posted he also has cameras so I told him to look at the video and his response was your dismissed from my practice and Admitted i didn't owe any money! Dr. Canowitz is IM/Peds and has treated me, my wife and our children for 12 years. His demeanor, knowledge, caring and the office staff are all top notch. He is conventional in his treatments with the added bonus of being positively unconventional in his excellent communications. I can't say enough good things about him.
