After several consults with other plastic surgeons, I decided on Dr. Kratschmer because communication is important to me. As a health professional myself, I know how busy it is to make sure you respond back to your patients in a timely manner. Not only does his staff do this during business hours but they have also gone above and beyond to respond after hours during their own time. Kelci was a pure sweetheart. Mrs. K was just as sweet in person as she is in the group. I was pleased with the consult as a whole???? My review was before the dust settled I absolutely HATE that I did not follow my first mind. Absolutely TERRIBLE JOB! One year later and the results are terrible. It is embarrassing to send your pics to other surgeons and they run down everything that needs to be done. Once you tell them you had it before they tell you there is no way. Short version. Not pleased with my results. Follow up appointment was rushed and I was blown off. Customer service started off great but once I started questioning my results things were different. Then I got blocked off social media after giving an honest review

Run as far as you can from this office. The play nice until they get your money or get you for the first procedure. The doctor does not do his best job the first time leaving you to come back for more with phrases like “this is an easy fix” I can fix it no problem. His wife is rude, tells you things off the top of her head that she thinks sound good, hangs up in your face, never responds to emails, and they do not return calls for 2-3 days. The doctor never looks at your chart before going in the room so you can go for a follow up and he will try to guess what he did and be completely WRONG and ask you “how long has it been?”. If you tell them you are not happy they quickly dismiss you and doctor walks out the room to never be found until you leave. Reviews are also left many times before one has had surgery. The main reason there are many positive reviews is because they offer a discount or free services. Check their website under their Elite program and it says “leave two reviews on two different platforms”!!! Do your research ladies!! Run as far as you can from this office. I had my surgery liposuction and tummy tuck May 10, 2021 and my drain was taken out May 19,2021 which was only 9 days. The average time-frame for drain should be 2 to 3 weeks the longer the better found that out from a team of plastic surgeons. I was rushed to the hospital because my navel started to drain like crazy any temperature rushed to 103.8 with my body having crazy cills. Not knowing it's all connected. Got to the emergency tool at the va hospital they rushed to care for me to get my fever down. Did a cat scan and took blood work. Prior day Friday I went to the emergency room for the same think I was given antibiotics and sent home fever was 100.1 called Amber she wasn't concerned just make appointments for Monday 11:30. But I got worse overnight. So the doctor start doing xrays and cat scans with dye and there they identify what the doctor had done they found the 2 big pockets of which were infected and were causing so much pain and putting my life in danger . The doctor explained how this happened in a surgery and the bottom line the end result falls on the surgeon doing his job properly which he didn't causing me all this pain and me almost losing my life. Paying so much money and for a doctor to show no empathy or concerns while you are laying in a hospital bed. Taking your money to live their lavish lifestyle and having no conscience. But leaving feedback that are truth will let new patients know who this doctor really is. I requested 1/2 my money backbut that didn't seem fair to them because I signed a contract. During my consultation Dr. K was very nice and down to earth, answered most of my questions before being asked and also the questions that I did have at the end was explained in a way that was easy to understand. He was very honest about what he can and can’t do with certain fats.

I have been going on my weight loss journey for about three years now and I finally hit a point where I was ready for some cosmetic surgery. Dr. K and his staff welcome me with open arms. March of last year I had a breast lift with 650cc implants under the muscle. I was “that patient”!!!! I went in for a consultWith no prior knowledge of any implants of any kind ...no knowledge towards any type of cosmetic surgeries. Dr. K sat with me for almost two explaining every implant detail every side effect every possible side effects if any side effects He told me how your body can react may react... all the things to look out for that are “ok”... so don’t freak out basically! I was in consistent communication with Kelci and Amber !!! They were always informative, never was I ever treat like I was just a other patient!! I literally felt like family and still do! Two weeks before surgery I was getting anxious/scared .. I called and emailed Kelci and Amber I don’t know how many times! Amber then told me to come up and see her. She again, explained everything to me that we went over on my consult day. Never was she annoyed by it!! She could also see my face and explained it AGAIN to me in GREAT detail! She was not letting me leave until I was 100% comfortable ! I remember her jokingly saying “final answer”... and I replied laughing “final answer”! Needless to say, Amber is absolutely amazing and she knew exactly how to subside my surgery anxiety!!! March 17, 2020 COVID 19 shut down everything!!! Everyone was forced to stay home , which made my recovery sooo much better for me! BUT me being that patient .... 1 week after surgery I fell into the couch . Kelci and Amber both called me back on a SUNDAY night and had me in office the next day!! ( even though everyone was forced to stay and work from home) Dr K examined me and reassured me that it’s swelling and it will go down and to take it easy . The entire process from beginning to end was terrific. Let’s start with the office, to begin with, the office staff. When I initially decided that I wanted a tummy tuck, I researched several plastic surgeons. When I contacted Dr. Kratschemer's office, the initial interaction was so professional. The whole process today was straight forward and easy. I felt very comfortable with Dr. K, Dr. A (anesthesiologist), Kelci, and the nurses. Dr. K brought Kelci in the get her opinion about fat place in one area and I thought that was super cool! The atmosphere is just cool, relaxed, and friendly in the office. That made me feel good in a serious and nerving situation. After I was prepped by the nurse, I laid on the table in position, Dr. A looked for a site to place my IV but he gave me sleeping gas while he looked.
