I was on time to my appointment and paid my copay but after waiting in a small room for near 1.5 hours I couldn't see Dr Marks. Finally, the lab took some blood sample. I had to leave the clinic with a sensation that what is happenning to me is not so important. The nurse in charge was very kind. Thanks

Dr. Marks is an outstanding Doctor, both in his demeanor and caring for his patients needs! Being a Medic for past 50 years. I have been around many types of Doctors in my career, and I would rate him in the top 10 %. Great job Doc! Thanks for caring for my Wife! He treated us like family, answering all of our questions about the procedure! You can trust him and his staff to be on your special team! Thanks Doc!

Communication with appointment reminders and Dr Mark caring attention on the importance of me continuing my checkups and explaining my diagnosis.

Excellent office atmosphere and staff!

Dr Marks was so caring and took time to truly listen to me. He ended up sending me to the ER for a CT because the OP radiology center was already closed. This was 100000% the right call because I had a perforated appendix! Im so grateful to Dr Marks!

Very patient and caring, also very detailed.

From check-in all the way through check-out the staff were caring, thoughtful, helpful, and professional.

One of the best doctors I have ever met. He will always be there for you, listen and offer you his full attention. You can be sure, that he will go the extra mile to met your health care needs. I have been with him for many years now! He is what every doctor should be. A great person, too! The staff is wery attentive!

Great doctor and awesome staff

There is no one better or more caring he saved my life! You may wait a while in the waiting room,take a book, he is worth it. He has called me after 6pm to tell me results his self. He has called from his Christmas vacation to order tests on me and I’m no one special. He is so kind. He is number one of all doctors I’ve ever seen and that’s a lot.

I have had problems with digestion for over 10 years . No one ever took time to really find out what the problem was. Although I still do not feel my best. Dr marks ordered a CT scan on my abdomen and pelvis with contrast. It showed a cyst in my pelvis area and I was told to follow up with my obgyn. He also did a endoscopy and colonoscopy. He discovered several polyps in my fundus which he removed and had a biopsy done. They were benign. Thank you dr marks!!

Dr. Marks was my mother and fathers Dr and now he is mine. You could not ask for a more kind, compassionate, attentive, professional physician. He is far beyond what you usually experience with a very heart felt, personal approach.

Dr. Marks is a great doc. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and explains everything he's doing. He's kind and so is his staff. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I can’t enough great things about Dr. Marks and his staff. Dr. Marks took time to listen and was very helpful. I had a MRI done and when his nurse called me back with the results, she answered any questions I had that she was able to answer. His staff is so helpful, polite, and professional. His Nurse Practictioner is just as awesome. I called my mom, as soon as I was finished with my appointment letting her know how comfortable I was. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Marks was God sent to me. He literally saved my life twice. Once when he fixed a bile duct leakage and blockage caused by another surgeon and secondly he found a mass on my left kidney during an MRI. I was referred to a kidney specialist and had a partial nephrectomy weeks later. It was cancer. He and his staff hold a very special place in my heart.

IMO Dr Marks does not have a good bedside manner. He immediately schedules a through colonoscopy and EGD exam with only a cursory initial appointment. Dr Marks and nurses seemed rushed in the procedure room and do not explain what is about to happen to you. During my first EGD procedure, the nurse simply shoved the mouth guard in my mouth while I tried to ask a question. A lot of my friends recommended him to me but I am searching for another gastroenterologist.

Dr. Marks is a genius with a personality that makes you laugh and feel like you matter to him as an individual. He has been my GI for 22 years and I have told him he isn't allowed to retire ever. He is always my recommendation when someone needs to see a GI!

My experience was better than I expected. The staff was great, the wait time was less than 15 minutes, the phlebotomist didn't hurt while doing my blood work and the most important, Dr. Robert D.Marks was great. He listened to my concerns without talking over me and brushing my concerns away. He evaluated me and told me the next steps to take. He and his staff gave me great samples for my issues and it was a wonderful experience. I was very please and would refer anyone to Dr. Robert D. Marks. Choose him if you're wanting a doctor to listen to you without interruptions, that say's alot about his character. I give him and his staff five stars. My experience was better than I expected.
