Dr. Robert H Pittman

Dr. Pittman is a caring and knowledgeable physician who treats me, my daughter and my husband. We all trust his opinion and appreciate his genuine concern for us. He promptly answers any calls or emails regarding health questions and RX refills. I highly recommend him.

When I urgently needed to see Dr. Pittman and get a colonoscopy for diagnostic purposes, Dr Pittman was able to accommodate me right away. He has always answered my questions in a prompt, understandable and kind manner. I am very confident in his care and optimistic about my prognosis. Thank you Dr. Pittman!

Dr. Pittman is the best doctor anyone could ever ask for. Dr. Pittman really is companionate and takes every step to find the best treatment to cure his patients. Dr. Pittman has fantastic bed side manners and never gets frustrated when medication doesn’t not work especially when I constantly has so many side effects on medication. I feel very secure that Dr. Pittman is my gastroenterologist I have been his patients now for several years and highly recommend him to all my friends and love ones. Dr. Pittman’s staff are all very kind and compassionate also, especially Kelly Broward the Office Manager.

Good - I was taken on time, results of a previous test were reviewed and explained, blood was taken for further testing and results were presented to me. In short, all went well and I feel relieved after my appointment.

Dr. Pitman did a thorough examination. His advice was conservative and he told us to be patient. I would definitely use him again with any future problems.

I was most pleased with his attentiveness to my ongoing stomach problem history. He prescribed a pill and a follow up appointment for the end of the month-----this is most appreciated. Excellent caring doctor

Dr Pittman took the time to discuss my health and my procedures that made me feel comfortable and well informed. And His bed side manner is very nice.

Dr. Pittman is the best of the five G.I.'s I have seen. He's excellent technically and actually listens to your complaints and tries to do his best for you at every visit. Believe me, there are a lot of lunatics and idiots out there and you would be crazy not to use Dr. Pittman as your go to guy when you need help.

Terrific doctor who listens! I had been to at least 5 GI doctors before and Dr Pittman has been my GI doctor for at least 6 years. At least 2 colonoscopies and 2 uppers have gone smoothly. Terrific, capable staff that works well with him. You can tell they all like him too!

Dr. Pittman is very knowledgable relating to the latest IBS/IBD treatments and medications. Always prompt for appointments, and he responds to medical related phone calls in a timely manner. On a personal level he is a no-nonsense communicator, an empathetic listener, and a compassionate doctor. After having been to several gastroenterologists for the last 5 years to no avail, I went to him with multiple miserable symptoms of UC and he brought me back from the brink. If I were a primary physician myself I would refer all of my patients to him.

After 5 years I finally found a doctor who actually listened to what I was saying. Dr. Pittman discussed my symptoms and after testing, my diagnosis. He was able to help alleviate most of my pain and help me unde3rstand what was happening. How nice not to be told it was all in my head.

Dr. Pittman was very professional,very bright and pleasant! He was very helpful in understanding and capable of assisting me in alleviating my gastro issues I think he is a stellar physician that Inow intend to see for my health issues! Great real person. Easy to communicate with!

Dr. Pittman is an easy going calm doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients. He is knowledgeable about many different conditions and is willing to explore many different avenues of treatment

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Pittman after 40 years with one of his colleagues. Dr. Pittman is engaging and easy to talk with and very thorough in his questioning about my medical history and condition. After having numerous colonoscopies with my prior gastroenterologist (he retired), I have my first scheduled with Dr. Pittman in a few months and I am sure he will be as thorough as my previous doctor. I have only good things to say about Dr. Pittman and would easily recommend him.
