Dr Palmer is the most understanding and caring surgeon I have seen. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend him and his group of doctors if you need an Orthopedic surgeon.

One of the best things I did was get a knee double knee replacement and a year later feel great. At my year follow up I was glad to know I was right on target. Great Job Dr Palmer glad you are my doctor.

There’s a reason the nurses at Dublin Methodist Hospital call him “Superman!” Dr. Palmer restored my mobility through a total hip replacement. When I thanked him, he gave the glory to God for his gift. His skill is a marvel and I appreciated his pre op diligence. The comprehensive checklist he provided to prepare for the procedure made all the difference in recovery time. He encourages a wellness model, not illness. My surgery was 16 days ago. No walker, no cane and no limp.

Dr. Ryan Palmer replaced both of my knees in 2021, the right one was last & done 9/27/21 & still causing a considerable amount of pain. The pain affected my ability to walk, stand, sit down or get comfortable. Wednesday I saw Dr. Palmer’s P.A., Jarred Bowman, whom I have seen before & instantly liked. Jarred is warm, personable, knowledgeable & cares that patients feel their best. He did several tests, followed by x-rays & was able to determine my IT band was inflamed & stiff. He is currently treating it with an oral steroid followed by PT in the Westerville office, which I would highly recommend! I have no doubt my issue will be resolved when treatment is done. OrthoNeuro offices have incredibly trained professionals & all are focused on the wellness of their patients.

After a very rough right hip replacement, Dr. Palmer came highly recommended by several friends for my left hip replacement. He was amazing! I cannot take narcotics so my case required careful planning beyond the standard. Dr. Palmer planned my protocol to give me astounding success! I walked with a cane 6 days after surgery! He was kind, considerate, & took time to size & place my new hip for my ultimate use! My progress is awesome! For best care, I highly recommend Dr. Palmer!

Dr. Palmer is simply outstanding. Although he is extremely busy, he takes time to listen, to clearly explain things, and to answer all questions. His bedside side manner is so professional, yet very personal. Dr. Palmer has earned my respect and highest recommendation.

It’s hard to find a physician in this busy world, that stops and takes their time and makes you feel like you’ve been heard, and that you’re not just a number. Dr. Palmer sat down at that initial visit, and immediately leaned in, listened, and explained and shared a game plan that made me feel confident to move forward with surgery. He was not rushed, and made me feel like I was the only person in the office. He spent a generous amount of time with me. I love information, and he provided that at a level that was easy to understand and was comprehensive. My surgery went fantastic. I’m three weeks out, and my recovery is going far better than I could’ve ever imagined. I’m feeling very thankful!

Dr. Palmer performed hip replacement surgery and I could not have had a better result. Walking right away. Negligible post-op pain. One month later and I was able to go to the Michigan game. Just two months later 95% back to normal. Nurses and therapists that I met all commented that in their experience Dr. Palmer's patients had great outcomes. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer without reservation.

I have seen both Dr. Palmer and his assistant and I have never been treated better at any of my specialist. I see many. I was treated with complete respect and never felt pressured to hurry with my problem. They both were very informative and answered all my questions and didn't leave without knowing that I was completely satisfied with our decision. Dr. Palmer replaced my left knee 5 years ago with a partial implant and my right knee last October 2021 with a partial knee implant. I highly recommend him. He is punctual with appointment time as well as surgery time. He takes x-rays and explains your knee pain. He then provides you with the information necessary to make your difficult decision to go forward or to wait. He is highly skilled. He is the best!

All aspects of the surgery were very positive including Pinkerington surgical facility, staff, nurses and procedure.

I just had my second hip replacement with doctor Palmer. I had some complications with the first due to an infection which doctor Palmer addressed with all of the urgency it demanded. Long story short on the first hip, I healed fine and it's better than new. Doctor Palmer worked with me on an enhanced preventive surgical care strategy for the most recent hip replacement and it has gone exceptionally well. One week out I am essentially pain free, walking without assistance and no sign of infection. Doctor Palmer is a great surgeon but his willingness to treat each patient and case individually and listen to his patient's concerns sets him apart.

Hip replacement surgery went very well and knee replacement surgery 4 months later went really well. I knew what to expect going into both surgeries, what to expect afterward including rehab. My time in the hospital was short and went as expected per the pre surgery write up provided by Doctor Palmer. Home rehab preferred by Doctor Palmer worked very well for both surgeries. Hip rehab completed successfully and out patient rehab was not required. Knee surgery on the other hand being major surgery compared to hip surgery required out patient rehab after home rehab. He had a plastic model of a knee and showed how each step of the surgery will be done & what to expect post surgery. It helped me feel more at ease about having my knees replaced. Wow, what an awesome experience!! Very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, precise and well with the wait. Dr. Palmer took his time describing in great detail the disease process going on in my body and the surgery that was necessary to fix it, using a model to show exactly what he would be doing to fix my knee. I made an appointment with Dr Palmer but when I was put in the examine room he sent his assistant in. Dr Palmer had no intention of seeing me. I was very upset bc no one had ever told me I wouldn’t see the doctor. I insisted and he finally came in to see me. He and his asst were both rude and extremely condescending. I got the distinct impression that if there was nothing to operate on and therefore no big money then he wasn’t interested in helping me

Dr Palmer has done knee replacement surgery for my husband, both knees. Dr. Palmer is an awesome surgeon. He and his assistant are very caring and your health is important to them. Dr. Palmer is a great doctor! The hip replacement surgery he performed on me went very well! I did not experience any problems at all. I progressed to a walking cane two weeks after surgery and I am now during physical therapy which is going great!

Dr Palmer and his team are some of the most professional medical staff I have encountered. Both he and his PA Jared are straight talkers, while they are very empathic, they do not sugar coat and they discuss options and include you in the decision making. They take their time with me, I never feel rushed and I never leave without having all my questions answered. His Executive staff Kaytlyn gets questions outside of a visit answered, promptly returns calls and scheduling details are always thorough. I would highly recommend Dr Palmer if you are considering hip/knee surgery.

I came to orthoneuro for a second opinion on my hip. My friend told me about Dr Palmer. It turns out after therapy and medication, I needed a total hip replacement. Dr Palmer told me everything to expect and made me feel very comfortable about the surgery. He even called me a few days after surgery to check up on me. He really cares about his patients. He is a really good doctor! I would and have recommended him to a few people and would recommend him! He listens to you and understands you better than any other doctor! He did really good with both of My total hip reconstruction and kept me off work as long as i needed and gave me what i needed for pain at the time. This doctor took his time to explain my knee issue like to other. He’s not quick to replace my knees but to offer solutions to alleviate pain. He’s great

42 year old male. Left hip replacement. 6 weeks post-op. This man is a Godsend. From his bedside manner, which is extremely rare to find these days, to his approach to finding the best solutions to your problem, he takes his time with you and only you during your appointment. He makes you feel and treats you like you are the only patient that matters. When he told me that I would be 50% better only a month after a total hip replacement, I didn't want to believe him. Well, he was somewhat wrong.

Saw Dr Palmer for a second opinion and liked his bedside manner much better than my prior doctor. I know he”s the doctor but he listened to me and offered solutions to My problem. So far, he seems to explore every route available to find a pain management solution for me instead of just telling me “get used to it” Ran on time and office staff were friendly. My experiences with Dr. Palmer has been very positive. He replaced both my hips, 8/17 and 2/18. Both surgeries were very successful with recoveries faster than I expected. I am walking pain free for the first in a long time. Dr. Palmer is a skilled surgeon who is very patient oriented. He is very thorough in explaining the procedure - before, during and after. Two friends, after seeing my first recovery, have successfully had hips replaced. Very pleased with Dr. Palmer and his staff.
