Dr. Ryan Scruggs and his staff are all wonderful. Dr. Scruggs performed eye surgery on me and the results were amazing! Healing was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him .

Dr Scruggs and his wife are amazing

I had upper eyelid Blepharoplasty performed by Dr Ryan Scruggs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only is he an excellent surgeon, he is a caring and attentive individual. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed this procedure! .

The moment I entered the office I was warmly greeted by the front office staff. I had eye surgery and Dr Ryan Scruggs saw me before surgery reassuring me that all will be well. His bedside manners are incredible - he showed great care and interest in my well being as if I he was taking care of his own father. On my return visit, I saw his wife, Dr. Dawn Scruggs. She was just as friendly, caring and patient as her husband. I had two follow up visits with her; she treated me the same way as my first visit with her. I HIGHLY recommend Drs. The moment I entered the office I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I had eye surgery and Dr Ryan Scruggs saw me before surgery reassuring me that all will be well and after surgery. His bedside manners are incredible - he showed great care and interest in me as if he was taking care of his own father. On my return visit, I saw his wife, Dr. Dawn Scruggs. I would highly recommend Ryan T. Sruggs to anyone who needed upper eyelid Blepharoplasty surgery. He is a skilled surgeon who is attentive to his patients.

Dr. Scruggs performed a ptosis repair when a blepharoplasty should have been done as well. He documented severe ptosis and vision impairment. The eyelids were left with disfiguring folds and he said he would do the blepharoplasty in his office under local and would waive his "facilities fee". Medicare will now consider this "cosmetic" because the ptosis repair was already done. Had to pay in advance and surgery scheduled for 2 weeks out. The day before the surgery he called and cancelled the surgery. Seems he is in this for the "quick fix" which he knows Medicare will pay for with little documentation to get it passed through. Now left with double folds on the top skin of the eyelid and have to find a surgeon willing to repair his mistake.

Worth the wait. Surgery was successful. Wish he had a more friendly manner.

I had eye surgery done by Dr Scruggs . What an amazing experience. I am beyond pleased with my outcome. I didn’t realize how bad my eyes were until after the surgery in just 2 1/2 weeks the transformation wowed me. My co- workers n family say I look 10 years younger. I not only look better but I can see better too. Inner muscles done and my eyelids. His bed side manners n his listening to my concerns were what I was looking for. His surgical staff was attentive and his wife even coming to introduce herself was kind. I recommend him and his staff beyond 100 %. I give him a 5 star. Thank you to all of you.

Dr. Scruggs was very professional and very personable. I had both of my eyelids lifted (Blepharoplasty) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I ended up with a very natural look, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

My dad had two procedures. Removal of a skin cancer and a reconstructive surgery. Office and doctors are great. We followed the recommendations. All went perfect.

Dr. Scruggs, his surgery staff, and his office staff are positive, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable people. You are seen very close to your appointment time and the surgery is well planned in advance so there is little wait time. The instructions for before and after surgery are easy to understand and follow. The description of what you should expect is exact and thorough. Dr. Scruggs listened to what my needs were and the results were all I could have hoped for. No problems, no pain, no hesitation in recommending Dr. Scruggs to anyone who requires eye surgery.

After a horrific visit to an eye specialist in maitland, I came here for an issue in my eye orbit. The Dr and the entire staff were beyond amazing and caring. It was personal, a real live person called to confirm my appt, had me in the office in a very short time,and actually listened to my descrption of the issue and seemed to care. .i look forward to being a patient for as long as they'd have me.

Was sent to Dr. Scruggs from an eye doctor to remove a cyst on the side of my eye. After three appointments of asking to have it surgically removed, not once did the eye doctor or Dr. Scruggs touch my face aside from a steroid shot which didn't quite help. I ended up doing the job at home because the pain was so horrendous and my eye was almost swollen shut. I have never felt such backlash from a doctor, who in my opinion is in this career for the money.

Dr. Scruggs corrected my husband's droopy eyelids in April of 2018. Office visits with him were thorough, efficient, and humorous. My husband's eyes look great and comments from friends are highly complimentary. Dr. Scruggs is very skilled, presenting a knowledgeable, gentle and friendly demeanor. His surgery center is conveniently located; the staff terrific. My husband elected to only have an upper blepharoplasty this time with Dr. Scruggs; however, a lower bleph is in his future!

Dr Scruggs did surgery on both of my eyes for clogged tear ducts. He explained each step and the procedure was painless with an excellent outcome. I decided to have him do my eyelid surgery. He did it and also suggested a brow lift. I could not be happier with the outcome. He is a gifted surgeon. I am so grateful I found him. And I love his staff. Wait was always short but probably longer now as others discover just how talented he is. Just extremely grateful I found him!!

My sister was referred to this ofc by her doctor for a medically approved procedure. To remove excess eyelid skin impairing her vision. While the procedure went fine, it did not fulfill the expected outcome. A recheck by the referring ofc indicated not enough drooping eye lid skin was removed. A revisit to Dr. Scruggs was a disappointment in that he would do it again for $4000. Dr. Scruggs was paid by medicare and supplement Insurance for a procedure short of success. I do not recommend Scruggs.

Dr. Scruggs removed cist under my eye brow. He is very caring and concerned about your recovery. I left off a star because My appointment for surgery was at 1pm and I had to spend almost 3 hours in the preparation area for a procedure that took 20 minutes. My son was in the waiting room worrying that something had gone wrong. His staff could use a little more organization but they were very professional.

He is very caring towards his parients. It is evident that he is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend his expertise and care.

Had eye lid surgery and I couldn't be happier.; improved vision and improved look. It looks natural and not with a startled look. Surgery was quick, painless and healing was very quick. Operation was Thursday and almost all discoloration was gone by Monday.

Where do I start, I was having problems with my eyes for over 3 years. I went to several eye doctors. Then I found Dr. Scruggs. He explained the symptoms regarding my eyes and helped me to understand what was happening. His patience with me was amazing. The staff was was friendly and kind to make sure your visits go well. I would recommend Dr. Scruggs to friends, colleagues, and family. I had to have an eye surgery and I feel tremendous. Dr. Scruggs is deliberate in his care

Dr. Scruggs and staff are very efficient. My husband had upper eyelid surgery. Dr. Scruggs did an excellent job of performing the operation. Would recommend him for the surgery.

Dr. Scruggs performed surgery on my right eye after I had a nerve to my eye cut during cancer surgery. He added a weight to the eye lid and tightened the lower lid. I am very satisfied with this surgery and the results. He is very professional yet approachable. He takes jis time with you and answers all your questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Scruggs.

I had both a lower eyelid correction and upper eyelid reductions done. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Scruggs. He was approachable, friendly and very capable.

I'm sure he is an adequate doctor, but I made an appointment 2 months prior to first office visit, only to be told that my 11am appointment was going to be delayed at least an hour. the inefficiency of this practice is unacceptable. I was told by his receptionist 2 diametrically opposite wait times. He schedules multiple appointments at the same time. Sorry, I don't have time to wait hours for maybe adequate service. I wish him well for those that have nothing else to do but wait.
