Can’t schedule an appointment here unless vaccinated. What a joke.

My Uncle had an appointment at 10:40AM, he is 94 years old and lives 45 minutes away from the office. We arrived at 10:35 only to find the office closed! After a phone call to the office to find out she was out due to death in family, which I am terribly sorry to hear, but not being informed to not come in was very unprofessional. I am told they called once on Friday but unable to leave a message and did not try to call back to talk with someone. They live in a retirement home and are always home except to go to lunch and dinner in the establishment they live! Very disappointed in this office!

She’s an absolute life saver!

Even though Dr. Chughtai is very personable, she is unreachable. I had a crisis happening and I had to leave a message. I inevitably ended up at the hospital because no one called back until the next day. While I was in the hospital the social worker left two messages for her with no return call. If you want someone you can get a hold of, look somewhere else.

Dr Chughtai is a very considerate and personable Doctor and listens with a very caring heart. She is a very skilled diagnostician and does not overuse medications. She also works with the Psychologist so she has an objective assessment of her patients needs. She is an exemplary Psychiatrist and a wonderful person.

Dr chugthai is a pill pusher. If you have issues she will just numb you out. You may not be able to function and be a zombie but you won’t want to die either. She is big on adding 700 drugs into a cocktail you take every day and each one has side effects. She doesn’t care about her patients and wants to see you in 5 min and wants you to pay and leave.

Dr. Chughtai is one Amazing Psychiatrist. She’s very spiritual, honest, comforting, and down to earth. Dr. Chughtai came across me as I was ringing out the items she shopped for at Meijer. It was a busy evening that night at work, and she just happened to ask me if I was okay and if I was feeling alright.. I had no idea she was a psychiatrist until we talked a little more, iconically at the time in my life I was struggling terribly with anxiety and depression, along with having a heavy poor-attention span problem. I made an appointment with her front office staff at her medical office, and from that day of my initial appointment and on I live such a healthy and happy life. I feel like a brand new human being with such a sense of safety, focus, determination, and happiness in accordance to medication treatment and therapy. Mental Health is so very important. And she has definitely made me aware of that. There is hope and beautiful bright light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend every person who needs outpatient mental healthcare to seek treatment from her. She knows exactly what she’s doing and then some. Dr. Chughtai is one Amazing Psychiatrist. Dr. Chughtai is a total dingbat! She acts like a deer in headlights when you talk to her. All she does is push medication after medication without listening and understanding medical history given to her. It is all about money in this office and how they can get more out of you. Billing is awful as it is done out of state. BEWARE of this practice!

Dr. Chugtai is a very caring person. The office has an issue here and there with billing but the staff are very helpful. Appointments are available at convenient hours and the location is easily accessible. I'm very satisfied with my treatment and care program with Dr. Chugtai and would recommend her to a friend.

I am very glad I located Dr. Chughtai when I needed a psychiatrist. She is very caring and works hard to make sure you get the treatment you need, when you need it. She is available when it is convenient for the patient. I would highly recommend her (and I have) to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
