Dr. Truong is amazing. He is very thorough when examining the children. You can actually get ahold of him after hours and on the weekends which is a huge benefit. He doesn’t force treatments on you and allows you to make informed decisions about your childrens medical care. Highly recommend him. I love that the office is small and that you get very personalized attention.

Excellent doctor- very caring and attentive

We couldn't find it at first because it's on a regular house with no sign. We took our newborn 7 day old today. They got us in early before the practice opens at 10. Saw us on time. After the initial questions, it was time for the well baby exam. I asked Dr. Truong to wash his hands. He replied that he was just using gloves because his hands were dry and cracked and that he was babying them. I was shocked. I'm an RN, and this is 100% unacceptable. How many sick kids has he gone in-between without hand washing? How many times has he used the bathroom without hand washing? Use lotion! I asked him 3-4 times to wash his hands before he complied. We will not be returning to his practice nor recommending him to anyone. The office staff was great. The setting was nice. He was punctual. If he hadn't forgotten the most basic tenant of medicine, I'd go back. The man needs lotion and a refresher course on Germ Theory. My child goes there for vaccinations and when he’s sick! The Dr is honest and will help you anyway he can, always asks if you have any questions or concerns!

Dr. Truong is an knowledgeable provider who listens, is understanding, willing to explain details as needed and he recommended treatments though he doesn’t pressure you into them. Excellent!

Dr. Truong is professional and considerate of any concerns you have. For example, if you don't want to take flu shots, Dr. Truong will not force that on you. Hope this helped!

Just to inform you, and for your convenience , not to say that he isn't a decent Dr. But if I had known this would have definitely influenced me to find a different Dr. His office is in the basement of his home which this isn't nessessarrily a bad thing all the time but my teenage daughter felt that it was unprofessional and in her words (ghetto).. But my major issue was, there is no wheelchair access I had a major accident and while recovering for 7 months in a wheelchair I had to go there 3 separate times and it was extremely hard and some what scary to make it down the back of the house and into the office .. but again he is an understanding and decent Dr. Just not for us.. hope this helped.
