Dr Said is great but the staff is ridiculus. highly inefficient staff. They have no idea of urgency or something which needs urgent attention. They take their seeet time and even if you tell them it is urgent, they do not care "we are looking at this, we do not have any apoointment this week etc". Not sure what happen to this office but its not the same anymore Dr never gets my messages left it with Edith so many times she became rude and disrespectful, so finally got to talk to a Dr he was so upset with me saying that I never called nor I left any messages wihj front desk, so I guess I need to find new dr

Amazing guy, he's very kind, really REALLY knowledgeable, and is always willing to answer questions. I believe he genuinely cares a lot about people, and it shows.

Best doctor I have ever had. He really performs a thorough annual checkup and answers questions patiently. His diagnosis is ???? right all the time.

Dr. Hakim, is the best. He listens and never rushes with you. He's funny as well. He makes you feel super at ease. I've been going to Dr. Hakim for four years now.

Dr. Hakim has been my doctor for over 12 years. He is an amazing and Caring doctor. He truly is the best.

ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. THE RECEPTIONIST (EDITH) WAS SO RUDE, I PERSONALLY ASKED FOR MY RECORDS AND THEY NEVER EMAILED OR FOLLOWED UP TO ME. I HAD TO CALL THEM FOR MORE THAN 6 TIMES AND STILL THEY DID NOT SENT IT. I WENT THERE AND CALLED THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD STILL BE OPEN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY’LL BE THERE TILL 6:05. I CALLED AND MADE SURE FOR ABT 5 TIMES THAT THEY WILL HAVE MY DOCUMENTS AND TEST RESULTS ONCE I GOT THERE AT 6:05. BY THE TIME I GOT THERE IT WAS 6:01 THE RECEPTIONIST MET ME AT THE ELEVATOR AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE CLOSED. I WENT AND DROVE FROM LA FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME AND TOLD ME SHE DIDNT WANT TO GET MY INFORMATION ETC AND TOLD ME TO COME TOMORROW. THE DOCTOR IS AMAZING BUT HOPE THEY COULD FIND A BETTER RECEPTIONIST. NO ONE DESERVES THIS TREATMENT ESPECIALLY AT THE DOCTER’s OFFICE ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Felt extremely comfortable with this doctor. He listened and was very thorough throughout the appointment. The online portal is also great, quick access to contact the office and great response time. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hakim for a number of years. He is so comprehensive and caring during my annual physicals. He has only the patients well being at heart at all times.

Dr Hakim is a wonderful doctor. He was so nice at the appointment, so I could not believe that he had to fire us as patients. I am crushed, we do not have medical care now. It is the insurance system‘s fault.

I've never felt more at ease in a doctor's office! Dr. Hakim is wonderfully pleasant and maintains a great attitude as does his staff. At no point did I feel uncomfortable during my time there and will definitely come back if I need anything. I should also note that it was one of their top priorities to make sure everything was right with the insurance before we proceeded with anything. Dr. Hakim is knowledgeable (Yale trained), professional, and takes time and listens to whatever we tell him. He thinks carefully before prescribing medicine, and I have had him follow-up to see how the medicine is working. It's easy to get an appointment - don't have to wait for weeks! All members of our family now go to him - from teens to grandparents! Highly recommend. He also speaks French, as well as English. I think he's awesome . He's the first dr I've ever had here I actually felt comfortable talking to him about any issues that I need to get checked out . The office is easy to get ahold of instead of others where it's always a busy signal. I've always been able to get emergency sale day appointments , and he never lets me down! I used to waste so much money going to urgent care for a variety of health issues that could have been resolved with a primary care doctor , but I was unable to do so because previous doctors of mine always failed because they were not flexible and unavailable . This dr is awesome and I totally recommend him for the whole family . I think he's awesome . Dr. Hakim is a very professional and well mannered person. He and his staff are extremely friendly and the office is clean and well organized. I recommend Dr. Hakim to all my friends.

Hands down the coolest, most fun doctor I have ever seen. He is quite experienced and respectful and has a really fun character (mixes the medicine practice with cool and smart jokes). Very easy to communicate with. His office is conveniently located and operated (he has separate office/assistants of his own not like other beginner doctors operating through shared office/assistants). His assistants (Samantha and the other lady) are really good at what they are doing. They are quick and operate really professionally with regards to appointments, timing, official/legal reports, etc. Overall the whole package is pretty good. The only thing that could improve their office/sitting area is having a couple of windows to open air! Dr. Hakim is an extraordinary physician. We have known him for many years. Not only is he a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, but he is also a very caring, kind and honest person. Dr. Hakim is very professional doctor and his last name means doctor in my language. A person who cars about patients. He always listen well to your concern and more importantly explain very well what his plan is for next check up. I like him and his staff very much and glad to find him. I came from dealing with an unbelievable unprofessional internal medicine doctor in Irvine who was not even a human being to start conversation with him . Dr. Hakim is a very good doctor.

Dr. Hakim takes his time to listen to all your concerns and questions. There is never a long waiting time. He calls you himself to inform you about blood work results and possibly treatment options. My family and I are very thankful to have found Dr. Hakim.

Dr Said F. Hakim is a gifted physician and has a well run practice.

He is a great listener. Very knowledgable. Gives you all the time you need to discuss each and every concern. He does the follow up phone calls himself on bloodworks and labs.
