Dr. Sandeep Kumar Thaper

I have had the worse experience trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Tracy who is the scheduling coordinator has been nothing but rude and unprofessional toward my condition and the willingness to schedule me with the doctor. She has hung the phone on me twice due to the fact I asked to speak with a higher up. She sees it as playing games with my health due to the fact I am being seen for anemia, she does not consider this to be of importance such as those with cancer. I believe everyone should be treated equal and with respect. She has no right to tell me I do not have a condition and disconnect the line, as this would be considered negligence on her behalf. Despite I have PPO plan and do not require a referral she continues to make this an issue, as she is looking for any excuse to not schedule me in. Upon hanging up on me TWICE, I called back and got Sarah on the line who was nice and explained to me she had already scheduled me in. She never made me aware of this and as a full-time employee, she should had discussed the times with me and not schedule me without any knowledge and run the risk of losing my appointment. This has been the worse experience and I will be seeking a different office who can treat their patients with respect and compassion.

Dr. Thaper is an example of just the type of person a doctor should be.Kind and caring.

In 2016 I was diagnosed with non hodgkins type follicular lymphoma stage 4B AND I was in renal failure. I did not realize just how close to death I was. I've been in remission now for 3 1/2 years. Thank you Dr. Thaper.

He is extremely knowledgable and very compassionate with his patients. I’ve heard amazing things of Dr Thaper! I’ve been with my grandma and she has nothing but amazing things to say about this doctor!

He knows his patients, and remembers their special needs. He makes himself available always. He leaves no stone unturned until he is sure his patient is safe. It is a terrible illness and he is truly the man to see. Plus he has a wonderful staff.

Dr Thaper and his staff are top notch. Dr Thaper took care of my father, Jack Flanery during his illnesses. First, MDS diagnosed January 2015 and then AML LEUKEMIA diagnosed July 2015 which sadly took my Dad from us too early at 77 on October 31, 2015. Dr Thapper took care of my father until Dad's death. Dr Thapper is a very caring, exceptional, compassionate dr. His bedside manner is awesome. Thank You for taking care of my Dad with such compassion. You are an awesome dr.
