Dr. Parker is a likable human, let alone doctor. He genuinely cares about me- not just why I'm visiting. He remembers things that are going on in my life and will ask me. Again, not just about issues.

Dr Parker and his staff have always been very prompt to answer my text, worked with me about my scheduling, taking care of getting my prescriptions ordered ..very satisfied patient

Fyi. Called to move from my current PCP who is 25 miles away to get closer to home and was told by the call intake rep that Dr. Parker is not accepting patience with diabetes.

Today's visit with Dr. Parker was unpleasant, he was unprofessional on 2 occasions. We did not agree on my duty of care to be performed. Therefore, I advised Dr. Parker I am ending the visit. I proceeded to walk out the patient room, as I passed through the door. Dr.Parker proceeded to yell for me to "get out of his room". Dr. Parker was very unprofessional, and argumentative by yelling at me while I was with the billing representative as I tried to unsure I wouldn't be billed for non-services being performed. 1. While with Liz billing representatives, you can hear Dr. Parker yelling at me from the other side of the wall. (Liz ensured me I will NOT be billed) 2. Secondly, Dr. Parker proceeds to approach me at the patient checkout counter in an intimidating manner, demanding I speak with his manager. As he unprofessionally, shared his disdain for me. The practice manager J.Kizewski was present with Liz. The office offered to schedule me with another Physician, however under the circumstances of me trying to de-esclate the raft of Dr. Parker by leaving... no-one was trying to ensure Dr.Parker had control over his Anger. I had a wonderful visit with great health service on my recent visit to Texas Health Family Care. I had no problems there including very little wait time. This is the facility once known as Benchmark Family Care. Thanks for taking great care of me.

We have been long time patients of Dr. Parker. We started seeing him 14 years ago when he was at an office in Garland and have stayed with him through his office move. When I first met Dr. Parker, I was a young, married mother with 4 children and was just learning how to advocate for my childrens health. Dr. Parker has always taken the time to listen to our family, our needs, whatever is going on and always gives a choice and explains the consequences or what to expect with those choices. He's always informed us and never band-aids a problem without trying to get to the route of it. I refer him to everyone. One of my now adult children still sees him, as well as my parents and several friends. At one point we moved to Missouri for a year, but we didn't change our primary care doctor because Dr. Parker was only 6 hours away, that's how much we trust him with our health. A wonderful doctors office Staff are kind, polite, and almost always in a good mood even on busy days (Not even counting the fact they do their job well and ive had no issues that I can think of even mid covid) The doctor I have, Dr. Parker is EXCELLENT and is a wonderful doctor to have He genuinely listens and cares when no other doctor ive had would and Im making great progress to becoming healthier and in less pain *** They are LGBT and Trans friendly as well amd do a great job with pronouns and names and the entire office has, so far, been very respectful. Dr. Parker is one in a million! He is everything you think you deserve in a Doctor but these days we dont seem to get that Overly Caring, Kind,Dr that goes completely out of their way to help their patients. I wish there were more Doctors like him. He IS the person that you want your parents,kids,etc to see knowing they are in the best hands possible! Thank You Dr. Parker for being You! When visiting other places I notice all the litle things they dont do that Dr. Parkers officr DOES do during this pandemic,Sanitizing the chairs after each person has sat down,the pens and clipboards after EACH use! Dr Parker has an excellent way of making you feel you are his patient and he's going to do what ever he can to help. I'm not a big fan of the My Chart on line system. the staff and I seem to have problems with communication using it and a lot of time is lost.

Dr. Parker! Was so amazing totally made me feel so welcomed as a new patient. He also saw my son, he was so nice to him made me feel like he cared. So refreshing to have a human interaction with a doctor that wasn’t trying to hurry me out the door. Thank you Dr. Parker

I’ve been looking for a doctor for about 4 years now. I think this one is a keeper! My first visit there and NOTHING went wrong. I arrived early, was greeted and taken care of by the front desk, was called in to the room early, Dr. Parker took plenty of time with me and really listened, and the blood draw was painless! I love Dr Parker! He really listens and takes the time to diagnose you. His nursing staff that asks you all the upfront questions are very thorough. I never feel rushed when I have to visit. I also love the MyChart feature, you can schedule appointments online and see all test results.

My visit was professional as always. Dr. Parker takes his time with me and hears my concerns. The front desk staff is wonderful. They are always ready to see me as soon as I come through the doors. The nurses that take my vital signs are very thorough. My overall experience is a 10!

Dr. Sean Parker’s staff is incompetent and rude. I scheduled a new patient physical for November. The nurse that scheduled me put me down for the day after Thanksgiving. That prompted me to ask if the doctor will on vacation that week. They told me no. A few weeks later they called to reschedule because the doctor was going on vacation. One of the rude staff members Isabel told me that they have no control over the doctors schedule and that I would have to reschedule even though they had made the error. She didn’t care that I was a new patient going through a bad experience. She was very matter of fact and told me that they will simply cancel my appointment altogether. Dr Parker is a compassionate caregiver. He listens and is very thorough with asking questions to ensure he has addressed all medical issues. Highly recommend Benchmark.
