Great staff and medical care

Save the time, money and trouble. Mr. Johnson is a salesman, not a doctor. No matter what your issue is, if you identify as "self-pay" you are certain to walk out of here with an opiate prescription and alot less money.

Great service and very professional as always.

Everything was great everything done very professional and a timely manner

I always feel cared for and understood with Dr. Johnson. I trust him implicitly!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Johnson and Heidi for several years. We absolutely love the entire office. They are friendly, patient, and listen to you. I feel that is hard to find doctors like that these days. My kids always feel comfortable and enjoy their visits.

Doc has been our family Dr since 1998! We were new to Rowlett and my husband woke up on a Monday with 104 temp! I called for hours and no one in Plano would see him because he wasn’t their patient. I called Doc’s office and they said “yes! We’ll work him in, bring him now!” I was in shock. Dana said “He has a policy of seeing sick people!” We love him and that was such a wonderful thing to hear!

Doc Johnson always figures out the problem quick so you can get back on your feet running again,

Seen quickly, thoroughly and patiently examined and symptoms, issues fully discussed, treated wonderfully by Doctor Johnson and all his staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for 20 years. He's a great listener, down-to-earth, compassionate, and well-rounded doctor. He treats you like family and gets to know who you are, not just what you're seeing him for. His diagnoses are spot on and he makes sure you're well taken care of. If he ever retires, I will be lost! I moved to McKinney three years ago and I still travel to Rowlett to see him. I refuse to find another general practitioner, because Dr. Johnson (in my opinion) is the best! Dr. Weldon Johnson has exceeded my expectations in a physician. He is very understanding and treats me like a human being. I could honestly say that he treats me as if I were his family. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't just dismiss your ailments. He knows when to dig deeper into what your complaint is and he knows when it's out of his scope of practice. He has referred me to the best doctors in the most critical and necessary times. Love him to death! Dr. Johnson and his medical staff are always friendly and helpful. My appointments are always on time, if not early, when I arrive a few minutes early. Dr. Johnson is easy to talk to about any of my medical concerns and is very well connected with any specialists I may need to be referred to. I highly recommend him as your family practitioner! I can’t say enough ‘good’ about Dr. Johnson and his office. You feel like you’re the only patient in the office. It was easy to set the appointment and did not have to wait long to see the doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Johnson.

My visit was quick. I have been sick for 3 weeks and they worked me in. Dr. Johnson is always very friendly and strives to get you healthy as fast as possible. I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and I must say that this is the BEST doctors office I’ve ever been to! The front office staff, the nurses and Dr. Johnson are hands down the greatest you’ll ever deal with. They genuinely care, and it shows. I have never once felt unwanted, or not important! Dr. Johnson listens to your concerns, and doesn’t hesitate. He is a straight shooter which is what I need in a doctor. Love all the people here! Dr. Johnson seemed to care until he said to me “I just work here. I sold my practice and now they just pay me.”. For example. I was waiting today, and I heard the lady behind the counter say on the phone “No, I would never make fun of you.”. Then she hung the phone up and she whispered to the other lady “That lady is insane.” I was like WOW. NEVERMIND the fact I was left 5 days with no medication. MONEY IS NOW THEIR ONLY CONCERN. BE CAREFUL of staff, and the fact I almost died under his care.

The front office staff and nurses are very unprofessional. They are not prompt with the documents that the patients are in need to get their needs met. Dr. Johnson is a very nice doctor and is very nice to interact with, but his staff leave a lot to be desired! They need to learn proper communication skills and etiquette.

I loved the office managers. They both care about you as a patient. Dr. Johnson and Sarah Lewis are both great and caring. If you need to see a doctor, they will always squeeze you in. It is because the whole office is caring!
