I do not understand the negative reviews! Never have we experienced any of this, only a very pleasant young man who took his time with us and answered all our questions. Very supportive following surgery, calling to follow up later in the day!

Great visit with Dr “Seth” and his professional staff. It is with pleasure I tell you there is not rude bone in his body as someone previously said. He is efficient, knows what he is looking for, explains to you what is happening with your vision and is always “Happy”. Thank you Dr Seth!

Went today for my annual eye exam and was told that he doesn't write RX for contacts. Would have thought that would be something they tell you when you are making the appointment as that is all I wear. Lost a day of pay from work to have a 3 pm appointment not happen. Still awaiting a refund of my copay I had to pay up front as their systems are down. Dr. Krawitz also had the nerve to speak behind my back as I exited the room so I went back to let him know more of my frustrations and I hope the entire building heard! He is a jerk! He will not get my business! He said he would write a RX for my contacts on my old RX but nothing new...why even have an annual appointment? Makes no sense what so ever! Switching eye doctors for the entire family now due to his actions today!

Excellent

Zero star! This guy is very rude and unprofessional. I waited for almost an hr. and half to be seen. Had severe conjunctivitis, very hurtful. Finally I was called, but saw a student first, who was very nice. Krawitz came in; never even looked at my face; spent abt 3 min. with me - 2.5 min. trying to fold my upper lid (it hurt a lot!). Tried asking him a question, he was sarcastic and brushed me off - rushing out of the room. His nurse was way better than him. She explained medication and care.

This guy ought to be the worst mannered physician I have ever met in my life! Very rude, never even made eye contact with me, sarcastic, walked in running and left as soon as he could. Like if he was running a marathon. I waited for over an hour to be seen, and that is what I got. His (very nice and professional) nurse was the one who actually explained the medication and procedures to me, she was the best. I felt she also felt terrible for his behavior, and tried to compensate. I would never, ever again see this awful guy, who calls himself a doctor ... Should at least act like one (professional!) Dr. Krawitz is Awesome!! His patience level with my aging mother is amazing and he is caring, and funny too. I appreciate his expertise and thoroughness when it comes to her eye care. Thank you Dr. Krawitz.

Dr K was as interested in helping my situation as a guy at CVS buying his wife's feminine products. Actually, a man with tampons in his hand may have at least been less arrogant when presenting potential solutions, but the tactic of easing toward the door to end the interaction would have striking similarities. Dr K offered little in explanation, seemed brimming w confidence in his opinion of himself, and left me with a sense that my appt time was only good enough for a taste of his wisdom.

Excellent doctor, friendly and pleasant yet efficient and confident. Went overboard exploring my situation and suggesting solutions. Would definitely go again.
