Great experience. Looking forward to next time.

Put too much drops in my eyes to dialate. I went at 10:30 and I still couldn't see well at 5:00. Never happened before and I've been going there for 20 years.

She was great: very personable, listens intently to what you ask or say and responds. She makes you feel comfortable during the whole process.

Professional and friendly

Very through & excellent at explaining my condition.

Friendly, competent, informative and over all a very pleasant experience

Very nice office staff and the Dr. Was very thorough.

We were welcomed by the receptionist. Our appointments went quickly and orderly.

Polite helpful staff, Dr. Terpstra explains things and is a nice physician.

This is the second straight year that I had my examination with Dr. Terpstra. I think she does a fantastic job reviewing your current condition and making suggestions for improvement.

Great team! Friendly gals up front. Techs very knowledgeable of their job responsibilities and Dr. Terpstra explains her findings in a clear way. I am pleased with the entire group and highly recommend.

From front staff to clinical staff I am impressed! And Dr. Terpstra was informative and helped me understand what my Eye Health condition is and what I need to do to stay healthy! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My eye exam was very thorough. I’m pleased to be able to see a doctor who orders the tests needed to pin point my needs.

Dr Terpstra is a great person and a terrific doctor. I brought with me several eye issues with me seventeen years ago. Dr. Terpstra is the most gentle, soft spoken and kind DO I’ve ever encountered. She is also a really good doctor with knowledge beyond her profession for quick healing and pain reduction. I’m very fortunate to be one of her patients.

This Dr. Was one of the most inconsiderate I have ever met. I have moved to Florida to do my bucket list here but am still fighting to last as long as I can. It was almost 2hrs before I saw her for less than 3-5 minutes. She took a quick look at my eyes and that was it. Meanwhile not only did I fill out all their paperwork, I also bought my records and they were scanned. Not one question was asked through out all the time I was there! I will give the benefit of doubt that she was unaware that my records were in the computer because her assistant sat there like a bump on a log. Being terminally ill my whole body is shutting down (mind). In closing…VERY UNORGANIZED! This Dr. Was one of the most inconsiderate I have ever met. Dr. Terpatra was very professional and through. This was the best eye exam I've had in years. I would highly recommend her.

Lake eye is exceptional, from the technician to the doctor. Dr. Terpstra took her time with my eye exam, and found a wrinkle on my macula that a previous eye doctor did not just two weeks prior! (Avoid Ocala eye). I am so thankful that she did, and that I know what is truly happening with my eyes. What’s more is that she asked if I had any additional questions, and addressed some gel that I could use for chronic dry eye. It means everything to go to a doctor who cares! Thank you again! On time with appointment, very courteous and professional

Very good visit with Dr. Terpstra and her staff. I feel I got analyzed well and got good advice. While not Dr. Terpstra's fault the Lake Eye Pre meeting confirmation process over email was lengthy, unnecessary and frustrating. Recommend a different vendor or approach.

She seems very unconcerned upon my visit. Hurried through the visit and very unprofessional! I will not trust her with my eyesight and I believe she is not worthy of more than a 1 on a scale of 10. Beware, look further for another doctor! Also her "girls" that help her are the Same way!

Not sensitive to pt and family needs and safety

Horrible! She is aloof and acts like she is doing me a favor. Her staff takes on this "self entitled" attitude. I won't go into detail, but her and her staff created a difficult situation for me by not going through with my scheduled surgery for the most ridiculous reason. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. If I could I wouldn't even leave one star.....

Dr. T was nice and understanding about my eyelid condition and was honest enough with me to tell me that I needed to be seen by someone more skilled in the treatment that I required because of the difficulty of scar tissue. Thank you.

Excellent across the board

I have been seeing Dr. Terpstra for over 6 years now and am very happy, she is very direct, answers any questions I ask, doesn't rush. I find her not to be cold at all like some have suggested, but rather very professional and accurate in her work. I have recommended her to my husband and to friends who all see her now as well and are all happy. If you want a knowledgeable, competent doctor, you can't go wrong with her.

She is rude, doesn't like to answer questions. Very abrupt and can not wait to move on. Moving to another eye group because of her.

Rushes out of room. Doesnt appear to want to have questions asked of her. Is a good surgeon.

I have been going to Dr. Terpstra for several years now, after having been misdiagnosed for an eye infection by a doctor at another practice. She impressed me immediately with her knowledge and skill, prescribed the correct treatment and gave excellent follow-up care. She is easy to talk to and she is happy to answer any questions I have about my eye health, vision exams, etc. I have recommended her to several colleagues and they have been happy with her, too.

Dr. Terpstra was extremely rude to me when I went to her for the results of my eye tests. She stalked out of the room after trowing my records on the counter in the room. I would never recommend her and I will not be going back to my regular eye doctor with the group because of her terrible behavior.

We are happy we found Dr. Terpstra. She and her staff were very professional, competent, and friendly. Both visits were a complete success and she was able to improve our eyesight right away. We would both highly recommend Dr. Terpstra and her staff.
