How can you have a visit when you cannot get an appointment even though you have a referral? I have been trying for 12 days to get an appointment and all I get is an invisible silent ghost on the other end of the phone. Stay away from this group. Yes, I got treated...treated like a stepchild in Colonial America.

My husband has been going to Dr. Pinnamaneni for a few years for his severe arthritis and ankylosis spondylitis. He needs an injection once a year, sometimes twice. The injections keep him pain free for a long time. I just had an injury and for weeks I was in excruciating pain. The low-dosage muscle relaxers did little to no help. Many doctors appointments later I could not take the pain anymore. Dr. Pinnamaneni administered an epidural/nerve block and I had immediate relief. Not 100% but bearable. I was feeling better as the week went on. I have 30% pain at the moment. I’m now going to physical therapy. I can handle the PT and strengthening the muscles around the injured areas. I can sleep better at night as well. They now have extra help. A physicians assistant and nurse practitioner. Also, another assistant in the room with the doctor who is very good. One thing I agree with other comments is not returning calls. I did have to call several times.

No waiting time, seen on time. Doctor is very professional and explained every thing and same day nerve block helped a lot

Doctor Pinnamameni is fine, but it took almost two months of calling and leaving voicemails to ever actually get an appointment scheduled with the referral coordinator. When calling the front desk, I have been put on hold and then hung up on or just been straight hung up on countless times. I've told this to the doctors who've chalked it up to "technical problems" -- look, I know the sound of a phone hanging up when I hear it. The newer doctors also seems to question your entire medical history even to get non opiates. My advice: go elsewhere.

Went to him for 10 years. Doesn’t have much personality and no empathy at all. Could care less about your pain. Shut me off my pain meds because I tried marijuana and took me off pain meds, I called him a month later and asked if I gave my mm card to him if he could prescribe my meds, he said no. I’ve had 5 back operations in the last 15 years, severe nerve damage and sciatica, I’m in my seventies. I have a spotless record, not even a speeding ticket. He’s so worried about getting sued. Can’t believe he treated me this way after 10 years. Can’t recommend him.

Exceptionally poor patient skills. No compassion for patient suffering with acute pain. In my opinion only interested in monetary rewards of medical practice. Not interested in helping patients suffering acute pain complications. Does not appear interested in helping patients only in making a generous living. Failed to help me with my pain issues. I had to go to another doctor to get relief. Thankfully I did and am now pain free for first time in 6 months. I don't recommend anyone seek help from Dr. Pinnamaneni for pain management.

UNABLE TO GET ANSWERS VIA PHONE - CONTRADICTING ANSWERS: HAD TO CALL INSURANCE TO GET A TRUTHFUL ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. Office staff weren’t friendly, though I was to get a cervical injection on my first visit, it was a meet and greet? He injected my neck the wrong place from where my Orthopediec surgeon asked him to. They called me a week later wanting to know how I was doing, and told me they were sending my report to my family dr., not to my Orthopediec surgeon so when I went to my Orthopediec surgeon, he had no information what dr pinnamaneni did. He wasn’t happy, neither am I! He’s the worst “doctor” I’ve ever seen. Then I find out he decides where to inject, instead of following the orders your doctor requested!

A steroid lumber in injection was scheduled. I requested to speak with the doctor prior as I had questions. The nurse said come in and let me prep for the procedure and doctor will speak to after the procedure. I refused requesting to speak prior, she then brought me into a waiting to speak with the doctor. The x ray tech then came in said come with me I need to prep for the procedure. I said I have questions for the doctor first. He said I will answer your questions, again no want to speak with the doctor. He then said your appointment is canceled you will have to reschedule. I said if it is a time issue he could use the time for the procedure to answer questions and then we could reschedule. He refused. After a few nasty remarks by me we left.

I was given a referral from my PCP to see DR.Pinnamaneni and every time I call I get a answering machine so I have left seven messages on seven consecutive days and not one call back. Unbelievable that they treat patients with long term pain issues like this. I notified my PCP and was referred to another doctors office who picked up the phone with a live person on the first call. Dr Pinnamaneni’s office should learn how to do this!

very pleased with the treatment and outcome. After 3 injections over a 18 month span and medication of Duloxetine 20 mg. I no longer have sciatic or leg pain.

Dr Pinnamaneni is elitist, a bully with his patients and full of arrogance. If you enjoy being inconsequential then look no farther, as this provider will remind you that he has the power and you should stop complaining about your pain.

I tried unsuccessfully to call this office three times on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. I left messages each time. I did not receive a call back until today, May 27, 2021. The person that called me was impatient, rude and totally discourteous. She told me miss information about my health record. Then she rudely asked if I wanted an appointment or not. I have never ever been treated with such disrespect from a doctors office.

Dr. P abandoned and neglected me as his patient . Left me with no medication for my pain. Now going through withdrawal. Called 6 times . Receptionist was rude each time and not helpful or caring. She stated "Only Dr. Can make appointment ". This doctor has no compassion, no bedside manner, or medical ethics. Would never recommend this doctor who needs a pain management doctor.

I had a humiliating experience with this provider. Dr P needs to look at his internalized caste system i.e. superior to those below him . In USA everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Period. If you’re not upper crust avoid this MD.

I have been trying to make an appointment for one week. Lannie is the most rude person. My Dr. faxed an order last Tuesday again on Friday and again this morning. Lanie said she does not have time to go through all of the faxes to look for my order. I cannot make an appointment without and order. I am going to suggest to my Surgeon they do not refer anyone to this office.

Went for several injections in my back for pain, none worked. Staff will not return phone calls or patient portal messages. Very non-caring employees. Horrible customer service, with no explanation of anything. Will be going elsewhere for pain relief, suggest you do too.

Been seeing him for quite a long time. I hate him and I hate the new female doctor he hired. I do love his staff tho. He is no longer going to treat chronic pain sufferers. We all can do a bunk as well as he is concerned. He prefers to treat only those needing injections. More money. Do yourself a favor. Don't let this doctor have your trust because he cares for no one but himself.

I've had great results from Dr. Pinnamaneni's treatments. I have been to other pain management specialist and didn't get these results the first time.

I have been going to Dr. Pinnamaneni for over 5 years. He has always been responsive to me. Treatment include pain meds and injections. Some injections have worked and some have not. Dr. P has helped me a great deal to be more pain free.

Office was not sanitary. Used pens were not sanitized. After using one of these potentially covid contaminated pens I asked for sanitizer and was told NO. The sanitizer was not for patients but only for staff! If the entrance procedure was so unsanitary I did not trust the cleanliness of the procedure and left

Appointment was on time. Dr Pinnamaneni explained as he was injecting the needles in different areas of my lower back. Pain was minimal. Procedure didn't take long.

Very hard to get a hold of anybody in the office. All prompts and asked to leave msgs on voice mails for 5 different ones. Listed web site is not working. Getting a prescription refilled is a nightmare.

First visit the Dr. was very informative and understanding of my situation!! Both he and his staff were caring.

DR. P is getting away from giving pain meds. i have been a patient for 12 years and my pain used to be managed but now after cutting my pain meds down to nothing i m in horrible pain and considering new pain management. He is so afraid of loosing his license all he wants to do now are shots.

Don't bother going to this office. Had injections injected in my back which never worked and expressed this to a follow up call from the office. I again called obtain refills on two prescriptions on the 9th. Pharmacy called 3 times no call back to the pharmacy. Contacted the office manager and I received a big shock. Could not be happier with the care I received from Dr. P and his entire staff. Dr. P does have a rather matter-of-fact approach to his explaination of treatment which for him and me works fine. I had the initial consult last week and treatment yesterday which was a lot simpler than I thought. How nice to be virtually pain free one day later. His expertise in his field is second to none. Kudos to Dr. P and his enire staff. I give them five stars and will recommend them if asked by any of my friends. Glenn L Summerfield

went to see Dr. went to see Dr. P and he was very rude talked to me like i was a dog or worse so i would rate a one was more interested in insurance. i was hoping to find a caring doctor but not there. is there no doctores in lake county that remember their oath.

DR. P is demeaning to patients when asked about procedures and diagnosis. Seems to be interested in insurance payments above discussing patient treatment. HE was insulting, rude and angry when asked about his actions and procedures during the office visit. He lost his composure and advised to find another doctor if not happy. A very rude action, unprofessional. way to act. The visit was an awful experience and no one should be treated with disrespect no matter the reason.

Talk to them about my insurance and my concerns and were happy to see me before seeking a referal from my primary doctor, once I wasted my time with this they decided not to see me because I was already seeing another pain management doctor I am not happy with, terrible place, the referral lady actually hanged up on me. very rude

I was a patient of Dr P and his staff for over 5 years. I had a spinal fusion which left me with continued pain and neuropathy. Dr P and his staff helped me so much and were committed to helping me. I recently moved out of state and finding a Dr to take over for me has been so hard since I compare them all to the high standards and care of Pain and Spince Centers of Florida.

I took my wife to see him after the hospital told her there was nothing they could do for her. I should say that she was in a great deal of so much so that she was crying she could not find a comfortable position. Dr Pinnamaneni came out and asked to leave because she was scaring his other parents. At this time she had been a patient of his for about a year. He also said he did not treat acute pain only chronic pain

The staff is impossible, the doctor is inconsiderate and demeaning. Objective is to continue pain meds and was very agitated when I asked questions about finding the cause of the pain or other types of pain medications. He was only interested in what my insurance would pay for and NOT Interested in our Doctor/Patience relationship as to what was best for me regardless of the insurance. When your in pain ..money is a lessor object if it can relieve the pain.

This is not a review of the Dr per-say but of the front line folks who can either make or break a Drs. reputation with their lack of customer relation skills. I am talking about Amy. Quite frankly she has the compassion of your average Bengal Tiger. Now as a retired RN I truly understand the need for constant CYA but it has been my experience that nothing will get you in court faster than this tyrant attitude.

In March, State Farm sent paperwork to Dr P?s office ? to sign off to release my husband?s medical records for Life Ins. As of May 20. 2016, Dr P has not signed. When I call to find out why, I am always told that he's too busy Wow! Really? The deadline is approaching & if paperwork isn?t signed by the Dr State Farm will remove his ap. Unbelievable ? it's a bit scary, he doesn't have time to sign something important, makes you wonder
