Dr. Ikard was quick to diagnose and was dead on. I am scared of needles and he slammed one in my hand but he saved me from surgery and I haven’t had a minutes problem since the medicine took effect. Thanks Doc!

I broke my ankle and it required surgery to repair it. Dr. Ikard explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. He told me everything he was going to do and told me exactly what to expect at each stage. My care with Dr. Ikard has been wonderful and I appreciated the time he took to explain everything during what was a very scary time for me.

Dr. Stephen T Ikard Jr, MD was so patient and honest with me about my pain; as was his dad when I went to him. He took time to explain things and his concern was very present in the room. He administered a shot to each knee and the relief was immediate. I have confidence in his knowledge and skill. I will be back in three months. A very grateful patient.

The office was busy but ran efficiently. Dr. Ikard did a great job of making my child feel comfortable and explaining her injury to us. We were referred to one of his partners for a second expert opinion and that process went smoothly.

After looking around and researching several doctors, I was recommended by my father and several others to go see Dr. Stephen Ikard, Jr. and I am so glad I did! I went to Dr. Stephen Ikard, Jr. at the UOC (University Orthopedic Center) for a full knee replacement. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Stephen Ikard Jr. and his staff (including the physical therapist and staff at their annex building) was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring with me. I felt at ease. He took his time and explained the procedure, listened and addressed all of my concern and needs. The surgery and physical therapy was a success. Dr. Stephen Ikard Jr. did a phenomenal job. When it was over, I wished I had done it sooner. If I need my other knee done. I am definitely going back to him. I have already recommended him to several other friends and family members. And, I highly recommend him to anyone else. Thank you again Dr. Ikard.

Dr. Stephen Ikard diagnosed my shoulder pain during our first visit and then prescribed a shot that has eliminated the pain ever since. I would highly recommend Dr. Ikard for his professionalism and his caring service to his patients.

Dr. Stephen Ikard Jr. has done 2 shoulder (torn rotator cuff) surgeries and a trigger release surgery on my finger. He is an excellent surgeon and although I pray I never need him for surgery again, I would definitely use him again if needed. I like the fact that he doesn't sugar coat things but tells you upfront what your options are and what he believes is the best thing to do. He explains things so you fully understand what is going on.
