The staff is caring and understanding and provides extraordinary care. Dr. Locnikar is beyond knowledgeable with excellent bed side manner. It feels good to be help by someone who understands the real process.

Without exaggeration, Dr. Steven Locnikar quite literally saved our son's life. After 7 years of "functioning" opiate and Xanax drug use, 3 ICU visits due to accidental overdoses due to Fentanyl laced pills, an unsuccessful stint at Hazelton Betty Ford in Rancho Mirage, CA which included a very painful detox program, our son is alive and doing phenomenally. Dr. Locnikar said he would help our son through detox without it being the nightmare it had been at Betty Ford and he did just that. Just when we thought we would never wake up from the nightmare that addiction had put our family through, we finally had some hope. Dr. Locnikar also said he would help with the period following detox and he also did just that. For the first time in years we have our beautiful boy back. He's alive, fully functioning, productive, and drug free. As with any addiction, it's always going to be one day at a time but words cannot convey our eternal gratitude for all that Dr. Locnikar has done for us.

It is rare to have a personal interaction in the healthcare space like you get while you are on vacation at a Four Seasons resort. The clinical experience is even better. Dr. Locnikar has done a great job with his business and is an extremely talented physician. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Locnikar and his staff are fantastic, I went there for the IV vitamin treatment great Boost to the immune system most needed especially these days.

Absolutely the BEST detox experience I have ever had, or could HOPE to have. Opiate withdrawal and detox is physically and emotionally painful, and for me, it was the primary barrier to sobriety. I had tried time and time again to get clean, but after half a day go a day, the agony of withdrawal was more than I could take and I ran back to the relief of the drugs. I have been coming here since February of 2020 and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is incredible, including the Doctor. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Whatever it is you need from this facility they will accommodate and I highly recommend Medical X.

Staff was incredibly kind during a time when patients are at their worst. Dr was knowledgeable and didn’t push any treatment, just educated me on my options. The option I choose was wonderful! I was completely comfortable, as possible in my state, and the pain subsided quickly. I was terrified of what I was feeling and the whole staff made it a positive experience. Update: January 2020 After 2 years now sober thank you Dr. for saving my life and family. And after 2 years then only people in AZ where I was in rehab to contact me and see how I've been doing. That's amazing for a doctor's office! The rehabilitation place still no calls to see how I am doing. Thank you again for everything doctor! Great Docs and staff! This is the best detox center. Dr Steven Locnikar is the most professional compassionate doctor. The staff is awesome they go above and beyond their duties. The detox process is done in a very comfortable manner. The Patients are monitored very closely.

This place is super sketchy. I used to be a meth addict and I FINALLY quite! Thank God. But now I'm an alcoholic. Whoops. Anyhow, Dr locknar (sp?) told me (after paying him a significant amount of money) that I could see him one more time for free for a Vivitral shot which I know will increase my chances of quitting drinking forever significantly, but when I called his receptionist not only did I receive major judgment but told me I have to now pay a lot. Finally, ''this is my second bad review and Dr Locknar (sp?) somehow found how to delete my review. Sketchy much?
