This Dr has the absolute worst bedside manor and treated my mother so disrespectfully and upset her just 4 days after a heart attack. My mother was in tears because of this "woman". DO NOT waste time trying to see this Dr or her rude office staff. If I could give e zero stars I would.

Been going here for about 10 years. She actually takes the time to listen to you.

Had my first appointment there yesterday. Spent a lot of time waiting, but I know that's a chronic problem at a lot of doctors. My mom's been going to her for years and really likes her. Staff seemed nice enough.

Dr. Baldassari's excellent but her office and practice sucks! We were discontinued as patients cause we hadn't gone in for well visits... No one asked or informed us of this condition... Ridiculously managed! Dr. Baldassari needs to work for someone else! A waste of a talent in a horrible company!!

I scheduled an appointment back in December as a new patient and I couldn't be scheduled until May 14th. I just get a call today from this office and I was told they had to cancel my appointment and could only get me in today or sometime midsummer. I explained leaving work is not an option unless it is planned in advance because of where I work and I have already taken off for the 14th. She says well then we can do midsummer. I have health problems and this office is prolonging my care because of their own lack of planning. I will never be going here and I will be looking for someone else. I've been seeing Dr Baldassari regularly for years and she is a good Dr . Listens and has good diagnostic skills.

I have been a patient of Dr Baldassari for over 20 yrs, she always listen and provides up to date, relevant information.

New patient exam was given to the Nurse practioner. Seemed confused and not interested in helping. When the Dr. was asked to order bloodwork by my eye specialist inRochester she wouldn't. She told my husband I need a neurologist, she also said she didn't realize I was such a complicated health history. I assume she cant handle something other than in and out. So disgusted.

The doctor is wonderful; easy to talk to, really listens. NOT SO with NP Ellen. She is dismissive, and not very helpful. Responses below are for the doctor, not the NP

Quick appointment scheduling, clean waiting room with lots of reading materials, and very hygienic rooms. Staff were informative, willing to accommodate work schedules, and offered advice regarding pricing services. The doctor was personable and spent a lot of time listening to me and explaining procedures. The wait time for the doctor was a little long, but we'll worth the wait for the level of care I received.

The entire staff works to keep myself and my family healthy. I can discuss issues with the doctor without feeling rushed.

Totally love the office. Small and intimate. Not like a cattle call. I felt like I was really taken care of. Love love love sue senf NP So glad I changed to this practice. The nurses were great too and front desk.
