This place is a joke. They are all about the money. They'll schedule appointments and forget all about it. They did an at home sleep study on my wife and a week after we returned equipment They called and said they needed their equipment back. My wife went to a real sleep doctor and they called to get results but we were told they never did a sleep study. Now I wonder why they prescribed a capap machine. I had a sleep study done with them . I started going to a different doctor and called them to get my sleep study faxed the girl on the phone at Dr . alums office said I haven't had a sleep study done. Well then if I haven't why did he prescribe a CPAP machine.

Worst doctor EVER!!! Doesn't listen, doesn't care about you as a person, and doesn't give you paperwork; he tells you to "Google it" He treated my wife like a dog.

Excellent doctor. Very thorough. Does do preventative health care to prevent problems as you get older.

This is a factory with the sole purpose of over charging Medicare. Was a patient for one year and had more tests than I ever had in my life. Also had plenty of trouble with my scripts not to mention never seeing the doctor and always seeing new NP. No consistency Apparently records transferred showed I was diabetic but we never discussed results I do not have diabetes I had echo cardio gram showing an issue but we never discussed. Seeing another doctor and taking care of my heart issues shown on echo. There are better doctors that you can ACTUALLY see. Dr. Allam is very through. He does run a lot of tests, and you will be waiting to see him for a good while. However, I don't mind waiting. He takes his time with every patient and he definitely gets to the bottom of the problem! He was awesome with my husband when we moved here from Florida. Dr.Alam was the only doctor who ever really found out what his issues were. The doctor is very helpful to me as well. Definitely recommend! Dr. Allam is very through. All these positive reviews must be a scam. He is the worst doctor I've ever seen. Doesn't explain anything, unorganized and doesn't use EPIC. Was also told he was kicked out of Prisma for not using EPIC, probably many other reasons. Beware!!!!

Dr. Alam is the best! Of a much higher caliber than any doctor I’ve ever seen, never seen one with the knowledge and sixth sense he has. His office runs like a tight machine to get your tests done and results back on the spot, which I REALLY appreciate not being sent all over town to 20 different appointments just to draw out the same process for billing. There’s a reason an appointment with him is in high demand. There’s no other with his kind of expertise and swift action. Thank you Dr. Alam!

Terrible very unethical doctor's here.I don't recommend him,or his practicing doctors at his office,nor his Urgent Care. He has young inexperienced triage nurses,that can't get a needle in a vein to draw blood,and then when HE did,my blood was all over the floor,very unprofessional. Oh,and only expect to see Dr Alam the very first visit,because you'll never see him as a patient again,you'll see his other doctor's,you almost never see the same doctor twice. he does unnecessary tests.Not aware of the individual patients health issues,only assumes,and will not speak with you about any issues,he has his nurse's to do it for him...I can't,and don't recommend him as a family doctor.... For the first time in 25 years I have a doctor who listens and is willing to coordinate my medical care. No sending me out to a bunch of specialists or passing me off to a nurse practitioner. He thoroughly reviewed my medical records and discussed my previous diagnoses with me. How rare it is to find a doctor who actually spends time with the patient!

This office is so unorganized they should be ashamed. My husband has had more issues than I can even list the last being told 2 times that a referral has been sent but surprise, surprise NO!! He has some pretty serious medical issues that stem from childhood and decided to see Dr Alam because he is an internist but it has been nothing but problems. I have worked in the medical field and know first hand how overwhelming it can be for nurses but how difficult is it to call a patient back, send a referral, let a patient know their results or to make sure you're not looking at results from 2 yrs ago instead of the ones from 2 weeks ago. That happened at least 3 times. Again shame on Dr Alam and his office staff!! Wish I didn't have to give any stars. Preferably I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Dr. Alam is the most genuinely caring and on-point doctor I've ever seen. Talking to him for the first time I found he saw right through my situation like no one else I've seen. On the dot and then some. He listened, and challenged me in just the right doses, and followed up without forgetting a thing. Very personable and genuine. He may not be flowery with words or tell you what you want to hear, and some may not like his style. But he gets to the point and follows through with true concern.
