Excellent doctor! Brought my levels down. Change my medication.

Charged for an appointment that I did not authorize (more than a hundred dollars). I wasn't seen at all and told to go get my blood drawn and come back another time. I disputed the charge with her office and then two weeks later they auto charged me and give me the runaround.

I absolutely love Dr. Duvuuri!! She's been my Endocrinologist for 7+ years now. Very intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, and caring physician. I highly recommend her to everyone.

It’s sufficient. Not bad, not amazing. As a type 1 diabetic you’re not really going to hear anything else you don’t know yourself already. You get your check up and make sure you don’t have nerve damage in your foot and just get your prescriptions so you can get your insulin and blood work done. Dr Vani is very professional and caring. My Sugars were on the higher side before moving to Dr Vani who has helped me control my diabetes.

I am so blessed to have been referred to Dr Duvuuri! Finally a Dr that listened to me.

This doctor is hard to reach by phone. She also does not provide adequate follow-up care.

So far I've had a horrible experience. All I've been searching for is an endocrinologist that can finally diagnose me so I can start my medication. I have waited since Friday to get a phone call with my results as Dr. Duvuuri said she would. Monday I had to call 3xs once at 110pm then again at 330pm and again at 5pm. I was told at 330pm she would return my phone call and nothing. Then I call again today and am told she has left the office for the day at 140pm. Finally get a call back around 230pm. Tells me she will send over my prescription today when she gets back to the office. I called my pharmacy and nothing was sent over. It's constant rush and phone tag. My examine was shorter than my wait in the waiting room. I would not recommend this at all unless you like to chase your doctor around for results. So far I've had a horrible experience. Compassionate Physician, I have been seeing Dr Duvvuri for the past 10 years or more. Dr Duvvuri was able to manage my complex symptoms and her treatment is working extremely well. Highly Recommend!

I’m a patient of Dr. Duvuuri, most of us call her Dr. Vani. She has been helping me with osteoporosis of which we are having great success. I love that she keeps her appointments on time and has a very caring attitude about her patients. She is easy to talk to, even on a virtual visit.

dr Vani is very efficient in her work . When I first visit her my A1C was 14 which was pretty much high but from her medication it has gone down to 7 in 3 months . She gives plenty much time for patients during visit . I will highly recommend her service .

Talked with a staff member that told me they always collect at the end of your visit. I am getting a bill from a collection agent 2 years later. When I called all they could say was “I don’t know”

Dr Duvurri does not have patience nor do a lot of her recommendations make sense. Her visits are extremely planned out and if your dialogue does not fit in with what she wants to say--so be it! She will state what she wants and does a horrible job at even listening to your concerns! The reason for my visit today was to discuss some concerns I have had with a new insulin she wanted me to try. The new insulin, Toujeo, had me using more insulin that the old school one (it's supposed to be concentrated) and I was experiencing several symptoms that were listed as side effects. At first she would not give me the time of day until I blew out of the office in frustration. I came back in at her request as she stated she would give me 5 minutes to talk. I brought up my concerns, one of them related to the side effects for Toujeo. She stated that there are "NO side effects with Toujeo--it's just insulin". When she stated that I was rather confused because several sites including one sponsored by Toujeo said there are side effects. The reference I used during the visit was the GoodRx app. When I pointed out the app and that it did show side effects, she went back to her rant demeanor without addressing any of my concerns fully. Dr Duvuuri and her staff are not only professional but compassionate. She listens to you and gives you informed options on your treatment. I have been a patient for several years and took my husband for his first consult last week. He was really favorably impressed. (Not an easy accomplishment!) For diabetic patients, I wish she would also examine the patient's feet as required.

I will not be a patient of this Dr. Not only is her staff hard to get in touch with, but the Dr. is not a nice person to deal with. I have asked my PCP to refer me to another Endo Dr. The Dr. seems to think that it is a privilege to have you as a patient instead of appreciating the fact that she should be grateful to have any patient continue to see her. Worst Dr and office staff that I have dealt with in many years.

Even after reading reviews I went there with no option. Front desk person is very aggressive. They don't bother about your reports and don't inform patients and take more than a month after the reports are out.

The front desk girls are really so unprofessional. I have never seen any MD office with these kind of responses or working staff.(so rude). Not sure if they give any message to MD or not but you will never get in touch with MD, no matter how many times you call.Go to a different MD please avoid her at all the cost. I am telling you all from my personal experience. Someone should report these issues to Medical Board of Texas so they can review why MD take so long to call back. The doctor always called me by the wrong name. Every prescription she put me on caused side effects. One time she gave me a shot in her office and it made me so sick I was in ICU for 4 days. She was informed by the hospital that I was admitted in ICU and she never acknowledged I was there. She repeatedly accused me of not taking my insulin and made me feel horrible. I stayed with her for too long. I changed doctors and within two months my blood sugar was controlled. No more suffering from medication side effects or suffering from a doctor who doesn’t care or from a doctor who doesn’t know how to properly diagnose her patients. Was diagnosed with a Prolactinoma and put on Cabergoline. I had extreme side effects leaving me bed ridden most days and all i was told by Dr. Duvuuri was that “the medication has no side effects” and dismissed. Not a good office, very unprofessional, there was never anyone else there when i had my appointments and it still took them over an hour to get to me. I ended up finding a specialist in Houston and later found out that i had an intolerance to the medication, Cabergoline, which was causing my reaction. Dr. Duvuuri also failed to inform me of all the other side effects such as scar tissue in your brain, etc. My other doctors have asked about my experiences with other doctors to get an idea of my medical history and when i tell them about my time with Dr. Duvurri they were visible shocked. Would not recommend and dont want anyone going through what i had to. Im now at Dallas Endocrine Associates and they are amazing! Wonderful professional office and staff, couldnt be happier now. I've been going to Dr. Duvuuri for over 5 years now and she's great! The only thing she needs to improve on is being on time to appointments because she's usually 15 minutes minimum behind schedule. I usually don't mind because my appointments with her are quick and to the point and her staff keeps me updated on my lab reports and medications.

Dont ever make an appt for first thing, even if you have to go to work. You can sit in that little room up to 45 minutes waiting for her to arrive at the office. I have doctors that I consider friendly, funny, great bedside manner and, well adequate as doctors. When you are dealing with specialists there can only be one yardstick with which to measure: Outcome. Dr. Duvuuri knows her craft well, and WILL get the results and outcomes you need. I wouldn't hesitate referring friend or family into her care.

The front desk girls are so rude. Will hang up on you. Doctor doesn't call in prescriptions. You have to call 2 times just to get some insulin. She threatened to take me off my $6k pump bc my a1 c was slightly elevated. Uh no. Go to a professional.

Dr is very nice and takes her time to listen. Have been going there for the past year. I would prefer if she has someone to take the blood samples instead of driving to the lab for that.

Dr. Duvuuri is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She thoroughly answers my questions and I do not feel rushed. She has been able to manage my thyroid issues where other medical professionals could not. I feel cared for as a person not just a medical record number. The staff is always friendly and efficient too!

Dr Duuvuri did not follow through with a patient that has serious diabeties. Follow through by checking the organ and maim functions of the body like the heart. This could have caused a death. The staff is not very friendly and understanding. They have no empathy.

I have been seeing Dr. Duvuuri for several years. She is an excellent doctor. She is very calm, caring and explains everything clearly. No one could explain why I was fatigued even though my TSH was in normal range. Dr. Duvuuri was quick to diagnose the problem and I have felt great since her suggested change in meds was put into place.

Two appointments in a row Dr. Duvuuri was a no show and there will not be a chance number 3. After waiting 30 minutes I stepped out to ask the staff if she was behind schedule only to find out she had not even made it in the office. Certainly not respectful of her patient's time.

My wife and I are both diabetics and Dr Duvuuri has gotten our A1C's down and our blood glucose under control over the last year. She is attentive and friendly and listens to our questions every time we have an appointment. She is very knowledgeable and her staff makes every effort to set up appointments for us that are convenient. Prescription refills from our mail order supplier are handled quickly. We strongly recommend this physician to anyone needing an excellent Endocrinologist.

Dr. Duvuuri had horrible bedside manner. She made no eye contact with me, typing in her computer the whole time I was talking. She refused to listen to a complete medical history of my condition, telling me certain symptoms I had were not her problem, and even stuffed a paper copy of a blood test back in my face. She gave no answers and no helpful information to me.

I have had Diabetes for 30 years. I have never had my blood sugars under control. After 2 visits my A1C dropped to 8.3 (down from 15.3). She is amazing.
