I have seen Doctor Hua for over 2 years, and let me tell you, he is great. Whenever possible I recommend my friends and family, to him for care. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a problem, you need to see this man.

I have been going to Dr. Hua for the past 10+years. He is a great surgeon & has treated me for cancer as well as other problems.

Dr, Hua has been my urologist for over 13 years he is more like a friend I would trust him with my life. I would recommend him to friends or family he is the best.

Dr. Hua is the best...patient, compassionate and skilled. He performed a kidney stone procedure on me that went perfectly. I would recommend Dr. Hua to anyone who needs a urologist. The problem is Valley Urologic Associatesm specifically the billing department. Prior to my procedure, the billing manager contacted me to pay my part in advance. She had my procedure date wrong and they billed the wrong insurance even though I had provided the office with my current insurance provided and they had already billed them for an office visit. And the amount I ended up owing was totally incorrect so I was glad I did not pay it over the phone prior to the procedure. When I called to complain and wanted to speak to the billing manager's supervisor, she hung up on me. I did talk to her supervisor later but all she did was blame me and defended the billing manager. No compassion at all, completely the opposite of Dr. Hua. Although I love Dr. Hua, I am done with Valley Urologic Associates. Dr. Hua is the best...patient, compassionate and skilled. Dr. Hua is a skilled physician and surgeon! He's an attentive listener and an effective communicator. And he's also got a great sense of humor! Don't even hesitate...just make that first appointment!

Dr. Hua was great and took the time to answer all of my questions! I did not have any phone, scheduling, or office issues. I've referred 2 other friends here and they also both had a good experience. As I am referring a 3rd now, It reminded me on to write a review from my easy surgery in March 2019. Fellas, go see Dr. Hua!

Dr Hua is the best. He takes his time explaining the procedure to you. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over in detail the procedure. I had a UroLift procedure and he did a wonderful. He is soft spoken but I feel that he cared about me as a person. Great Urologist!

Dr. Hua is a fantastic physician. He is through and communicates well with his patient. Unfortunately..... when you call the office for follow-up, scheduling or questions, you get a long prerecorded message and sit on hold for very long periods of time. When you leave a message, it states that they will return your call within "48 hours". We NEVER got a returned call. I called and held 14 minutes before a live voice finally answered my call. Amazing doctor. Would highly recommend. He saw our concerns and addressed them. No wonder it is hard to get in with him.

Under went a procedure which initially went well. Dr Hua was professional and had a good bed side skills. The issue I have is that after a month and half after the procedure I began experiencing a lot of pain and called to get a consultation and examination. After sitting on hold for over 5 minutes the automated hold message indicated they were no longer taking calls during their posted working hours and hung up on me. I called back immediately and was still on hold for almost another 5 minutes or so. Once I was able to speak to a human, the office help indicated that I would not be able to get into the doctor for over two weeks. Service is substandard and unacceptable. Dr. Hua was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance, who is also a doctor. From the first visit to my most recent surgery, I've never once doubted my decision to trust Dr. Hua with my health. He is friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable, and everything he's told me and explained to me from day one has been spot on. A first, in my experience. I'm so blessed to have found him.

We moved from Payson and needed a new Urologist and found a good one. He takes the time necessary and is very direct with information. Came away feeling I had received very professional help.

Dr. Hua removed a cancerous stage 2 tumor from my left kidney when I was 66. Now at almost 70, I feel great. Dr. Hua is the best doctor.

He is just the best. Dr Hua is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He does a great job of fully explaining what is going on and making sure you understand. He is great at what he does. He changed my life and for that I am so thankful!

Dr. Hua was experienced and caring. He explained everything and made me comfortable. He also was able to tell me when he thought he had done all he could and referred me to another specialist that was able to treat my condition.

Took my $180 I'm Feb 2015 and never called me back as promised!! Still waiting for a call from your office.. Don't waste your time at this place..bunch of rip-off artists.
