Worst experience ever. I went there twice and waited for long time and I took an appointment i have to that long and after 1 hour waiting nurse said come on Wednesday the documents are not ready yet, doctor call us to get the paper and when we get there he said is not ready. Worst customer service from receptionist/nurse I ever had at doctor's office! First of all even if you have an appointment you need to wait around an hour. So get ready! When asking the nurse/receptionist about the reasons of waiting, she lies, answers in a very unprofessional way. By the way, don't even ask her name, she will slam the window right in front of you (chabby young girl). Doctor was OK, at least it was fast but I don't want to come back to the place where I was treated in such a way. Awful experience!!! Great staff and Dr Vasty is the very best.

Joel and Maria have been long time patients of Dr Chu. Dr Chu and staff (from then Sandy and now Teresa and Vassie) have always been warm, very helpful, sympathetic and concerned for our health. Dr. Chu is an excellent physician and knows the right type and dosage of meds and cure for the right ailment. He is astute in diagnosis and we are lucky to have him as our physician. My father died the beginning of December and he couldn’t be bothered/found until the end of December to sign the death certificate. He died at a nursing home Dr. Chu was the doctor of record there. If he cannot be found/bothered, then I believe it is his responsibility to have a back-up doctor/plan so the family doesn’t have to go through this grief waiting for a doctor. I believe he really didn’t care. We are going through enough grief with the loss of our father. If I could give a negative star, I would give -5 stars for his love and caring of my father. My name is prasanta sunchiuri n my grandpa used to go there ...He is really a gud doctor, and so polite n his staff are so friendly and helpful..i would recommend u all ...He take care of his all patients very nicely and so well educated and well mannered,,,,and all staffs are really gud...
