Dr. Young is great! He helped my son when he was born and now has helped me! Nice staff in the office and very clean!

Dr. Young An & his staff were absolutely wonderful. He was very nice, understanding, and he truly cared about my concerns. He never made me feel rushed and answered all of the questions I had in a way I could understand. Very short wait time in the waiting room too which is always a plus. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down one of the best teams that I've worked with ever. Dr. Young An and his surgical team were beyond professional, caring, and 100% compassionate toward me. I was so nervous, and I had heard some horror stories about nose surgeries, but all anxiety was calmed after I started working with/talking to the team. I had to have a Septoplasty done, and from start to finish, It was overwhelmingly positive! Without hesitation, I'd recommend anyone (child or adult)—Go see Dr. An today! You won't regret it for a moment! 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Ahn and his services. He is, by far one of the best doctors I have dealt with for some time. He is very professional while being kind and sensitive to my needs. While under his care, he has been able to give much relief to my issues with chronic Sinusitis issues. Highly recommend.

Dr. An was great. He explained all symptoms thoroughly. Well, I have to change my review. I had an appointment for a CT scan. When I got there, no one was able to give me the scan because Dr. An had to leave. No one called to cancel. I had to take time off from work for the appt. The ladies behind the counter could of cared less. If I didn't show for the appt., they would charge me a fee. I guess my time is not valuable!!

I can’t thank Dr. An and Amber enough! After 15+ years of chronic sinus infections I can finally say I don’t have sinus headaches and migraines after my procedure. Dr. An was always patient with my myriad of questions and was very thorough in explaining the procedure. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

Dr. An did a great job on my Septoplasty, however, my husband was extremely frustrated with the customer service post op. I was consistently vomiting and had numbness and other issues. My husband tried to reach the nurse and left messages at the phone number provided several times and never got a call back. The only other issues I had was that the doc didn’t speak to me before the surgery to explain what would happen or what to expect. I felt that more communication would have been nice.

Dr An is sharp! He is no nonsense and gets straight to point to figure out what ENT issues people are having so they can start feeling better quickly! Dr. AN and his staff are absolutely the best They listen, care and get all orders, including Cat Scans xrays and referrals done on a timely fashion. Couldn't do this without him. I would give him a 10 if I could.

Best doctor visit ever! I got in and out without the excessive waiting room time. The receptionist, doctor's assistant, and Dr. An were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Glad I was refered to this ENT location.

I've seen Dr. An several times and each time he was very nice and professional. He listens and he explains things in a way I can understand. He always asks if I have any questions or concerns. Dr. An is very kind and caring and if you need to see an ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. An. The office staff is also very nice and friendly.

Dr. An not only addresses your problems and concerns. He takes the time to clearly explain what he is doing and why. I strongly recommend using this practice if you have ENT problems and/or concerns. My wife also sees doctors at this practice.

Tongue tie revision was incomplete. Had to get a revision from another doctor. My visits with Dr. An were a complete waste of my time.

If you don't mind being in an office where the records created during your visit have MANY major errors in it and you have trouble getting the staff to fix those errors, where no one seems to care, where phone calls are not returned, and where no one smiles or is friendly , then this practice is for you.

I have been suffering with vertigo for 2 years with the first onset being last year. Both times I visited the Epy maneuver was negative. On my recent visit Dr Young did not even look in my ears or my nose for fluid or sinus issues. He basically told me my "Vertigo" was a case of bad luck and referred me to physical therapy.Also the front desk always tell me I dont owe anything for my visit but I always receive a bill for co pay afterwards. I think there was no real interest in learning what was causing me tinnitus... After the audiometric test was concluded and knowing that there's no history of hearing problems in my family, I think an extra exam (at least a blood work) should have been considered instead of trying to sell hearing aid products or maybe an alternative treatment like acupuncture. I also understand that there's no real cause for that condition (it can be temporary but in some cases it becomes part of your life). Thankfully, I went to another otolaryngologist for a second opinion and got a better treatment. Maybe it's time to provide a more holistic approach. I think there was no real interest in learning what was causing me tinnitus... Clean and profesional, but rushed out, and didnt seem too concerned about patient.

I feel Dr An is very knowledgeable, but reading everyone’s reviews makes me feel very concerned about the appointment that I had. It was not my first appointment with this doctor but he never sat down patiently with me describing my situation in detail. My last visit was at 11 am I was at home by 12 pm. He sent medication to my pharmacy but never said what was being sent or why. I would have explained that I’m not able to take a steroid I had printed out my medication list which he never asked for I had 2 severe problems but he only addressed my ear not my mouth or my pinched nerve in my neck. I got the medicine which my husband got for me there was 3 medications one being a steroid but he never asked my tolerance nor say what he was sending. I’m still sick, I’m reluctant about returning but I feel he’s a better doctor to certain people. I’m just not a priority to him. I was a new patient. I arrive early because I had to fill out paperwork. After I finished filling out my paperwork, I had to wait to see the Dr. As I waited I witness 10 people that came in and was seen by a Dr. while I was still sitting there waiting for my turn. It made me mad so I asked the receptionist when was my turn to see the Dr. She checked and said I was next. Dr. An was very nice and pleasant and he worked very quickly to resolve me ear issue.
