Dr. Mahmood is an excellent primary care doctor. He has been treating my wife and I for the past 5 years and I feel that we've received the highest level of service. We selected him based on the super reviews online from 5 years ago and he's met our expectations. He is knowledgeable, forthright, concerned and friendly.

Dr. Mahmood himself is amazing. Watch out for the billing dept. i confirmed they took my ins before making the appt 2 months prior to my actual appt. Saw the Dr 3 or 4 times. Go in for pre-op only to be told “we don’t take your ins afterall and you have a balance” asked the guy behind the glass to have someone call me about whatever the balance is, since now I had to find s new Dr. Never got a call or mail from the office - instead they sent it to collections ?? Way to be unprofessional.

Dr. Mahmood Is the most knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate physician I have ever had the opportunity to see. As a mental health provider, I have worked hand-in-hand with many physicians over the years. I chose Dr Mahmood to be my primary care physician after meeting with him years ago and noticing what a busy practice he had yet, despite that, he gave me so much time and consideration to ensure the best possible outcome. This is a Doctor Who goes far out of his way to care for his patients because he does in fact care Deeply about providing the best possible care to each and every patient.

Dr. Mahmood was very professional and patient with me . He was also very thorough and detailed about solutions to my health concerns and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Mahmood is great. His office staff....not so good. Impossible to get referrals. If you go to his to request a referral and pick it up at the same time, it works. Most patients cannot do this. You hold on the line forever and then get disconnected. He offers the best care and listens to your issues. His recommendations for other doctors is superior.

First time seeing Dr Mahmood and it was a very good visit. Busy office, felt very safe, doctor was very thorough, gave me a cardiogram, which I haven't had in three years. I changed my primary doctor to him. Seems very knowledgeable and approachable. Very happy with visit!

Dr. Mahmood was good but there was another doctor, a female, as well as a female nurse who were not wearing masks. This is extremely dangerous and disappointing to see this happening at a doctor's office. I think that you guys need to tighten up on Covid-19 safety.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire staff. I had my first appointment a few days ago after being dissatisfied with my prior PCP. From the moment I entered the office I felt welcomed and very well taken care of. Grace was so kind and patient with me as english is not my first language. I have been using Dr. Mahmood for a few years and think he is great and would not change for any reason.

Very unhappy. The woman answering the phones was so rude. She cut me off & told me I can’t see the doctor until Sept & she told me "what you need to do is call your insurance & pick a new dr". I asked to speak w the manager & she said "there wasnt one" I really need to see him because today I had sharp pain in my back & felt like someone was squeezing my heart & my hands began tingling. I tried explaining to her that I have tachycardia & my p is 110 & my bp is 150/101 & I have already taken my Lopressor & lisinopril but she didnt care.

I highly recommend Dr Mahmood. He doesn't overbook like many of the others and always takes time to answer questions and explain options.

The office always answers when I call and if I have a problem they always fit me in ASAP. Dr. Mahmood spends time with me and explains any problems that I have. He is very kind and compassionate!

I really like Dott. Zeeshan, he listens to all my concerns and he is very direct and knowledgeable. I am overall a healthy person and I see him only once or twice a year, but so far I am happy with the services provided to me and my family. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mahmood is exactly the kind of doctor I have been searching for to care for my 98 year old father. Dr.M took interest in my father and gave accountable care by a careful review of my father’s medications and provided spot on recommendations for reducing my father’s risk of drug to drug interactions. Dr M communicated equitably with both me and our wonderful caregiver. He explained everything clearly and even my father expressed understanding based on Dr M’s recommendations. Excellent doctor, but when I call to make an appointment, the staff says I have to go to urgent care, they only have one appointment in a month, I asked if it is possible that another doctor can check me, but says that the doctors don't like that. After feeling very bad and visiting the emergency department, the doctor says that I will go to my doctor because I need to do a laboratory test, but when he called the staff, he told me they only have one appointment in a month. Dr. Mahmood has been a patient and sensible physician to my 99 year old mother in law. She is an astute and active senior, focused too much on the unlikely possibility that her advanced old age symptoms can be "cured" but who in fact has no actual illnesses. Dr. Mahmood has done his best for her and monitors her well, but he has put a stop to the mad chase after specialists to do tests and more tests for imagined illnesses and imagined cures. He not only is a great doctor but a man of honor.

I would like to first state that this review is not on Dr. Mahmood’s performance as a medical professional. Dr. Mahmood is a great primary doctor, that’s if you only need him once a year for a physical or a non-urgent matter, which could wait for weeks or months. The staff on the other hand is not accommodating at all. I tried making an appointment for my husband who only sees the doctor once a year. However, he was experiencing extreme pain and the sarcastic girl on the phone suggested that he go to the E.R or urgent care instead of accommodating him with an appointment. I asked her if this was the protocol of the office and she said “yes.” Really??! So what’s the point on having a primary care doctor if you can’t even get to see him when you need him? I too work for a medical office and we NEVER turn away a patient with pain. Needless to say we will never visit this office again. It is very disappointing when the doctors are good but the staff suffers from poor customer skills. I guess I should suggest them to the ER or urgent care! My husband went to see Dr. Mahmood at the recommendation of his cardiologist. It was for a well check and to see if we wanted him to switch primary doctors. Dr Mahmood is very thorough and patient. I have been seeing him for more than 2 years and have always been able to have questions answered. His office always follows up and he has a place on my Medical Record to leave him a message. He has helped me lose 60# and bring all my lab results to within the normal range.
