Dr.Abraham is fantastic. I’ve been working with him for about a year and a half now. He performed my surgery beautifully and I regained hearing!! It is always a pleasure to see the staff and Dr.Jacob.

Dr. Abraham Jacob is the very best. He has operated on my right ear two times already. I've had a cholesteatoma in my right ear cavity two times now. Both times they have had to be surgically removed. Unfortunately it is back again (they usually can't all be removed each time) and will have to be removed again next month. This may sound like a surgeon that can't get it right the first time, but that is far from the truth. Cholesteatoma is a growth that attaches itself to any bone in the ear including the lower part of the skull that protects the brain from falling into the ear cavity. There lies the problem. If the tumor grows through the skull into the brain it can cause spinal fluid to leak into the ear cavity and causes meningitis in the brain. It takes a very skilled surgeon to work in this difficult to reach area and there is no surgeon I would trust more to do this surgery again than Dr. Jacobs. Dr. Abraham Jacob is the very best. While I was pregnant, my right ear started feeling plugged as if I had gone swimming and had water plugging it. I hadn't gone swimming though. When I spoke to my OBGYN she said it could just be fluid retention from pregnancy and would maybe clear up after birth. A month after my daughter was born it still hadn't cleared up so I went to an ENT. I had a hearing test and my left ear was normal, but my right ear was at about 50% hearing. They did an CT Scan and didn't see anything so they sent me to specialist Dr. Jacob. Dr. Jacob looked at the CT Scan, did another hearing test and did a scope to see what they could find. The hearing test was a little worse than the time before, but everything from the outside looked normal. Based off what he knew and saw he thought I might have otosclerosis. It's where one of the small bones in your ear doesn't vibrate as it should. He said we should do an inner ear exploration to see if that's the case, and if it was he'd remove the bone not vibrating and replace it with a prosthetic. I finally was able to have the procedure. Luckily Dr. Jacob found that it was what he thought. My stapes was very thin and not vibrating as it should. He was able to get the prosthetic in, and I'm now a month post operation. I'm so happy to report that Dr. Jacob did an amazing job and my hearing has improved! I still have a couple of months before I do my official post op hearing test, but I'm looking forward to seeing what my final results are. Dr. Jacob and all those at his office have been so helpful and professional. I'll be forever grateful for him for helping me get my hearing back! This is the first time I ever experienced an ENT who explained what it was going to do and how he was going to do it and why he was going to do it I am a 79-year-old male who has been deaf in my right ear since the age of two. There is no guarantee of success with a Cochlear implant but I feel confident that I will have the best shot at a successful one providing my brain will understand the signals The staff assisting Dr. Jacobs were Professional courteous and helpful during every segment of my evaluation. From surgery through two follow up visits, Dr. Jacob and his team have been professional, capable and outstanding in making me feel at ease through my ear surgery and recovery. My questions have been answered thoroughly and phone calls responded to quickly. I'm pleased with Dr. Jacob and staff...and recommend them highly.

The co-pay was added on to a balance I'm currently making monthly payments on. You don't get this kind of service at other facilities. I've had chronic and varied ear infections my entire life and it is an ongoing issue. I was referred by another ENT because of the complexity to Dr. Jacob. He not only treats the problems but explains in detail what the issues are and how he intends to treat them. I have noticed a big improvement since I started seeing him in August 2018. It's doubtful the underlying issues will ever completely resolve, but I'm much better and enjoying a better quality of life. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and allows the patient to actually view the examination. I had never seen my strange s-shaped ear canal or understood why ENTs had so much difficulty seeing my ear drum. Now I have not only seen my ear drums but understand why my right ear is challenged. The experience and knowledge Dr. Jacob has is beyond any other doctor I've seen for my balance/dizziness problem the last 8 years. I've seen doctors in Washington state, New Mexico, and Texas, I was still looking for a solution and answer to my constant dizziness that was taking over my life. It turned out I was misdiagnosed the last 8 years, and Dr. Jacob was able to pinpoint my issue easily and the VNG tests I had previously were false, he provided the information why their test found no inner ear problem but my issue was neurological. It was a worthwhile visit. Everyone there is friendly, nurses, doctors, assistants, etc. 10/10 rating! I'd recommend Dr. Jacob. Dr. Jacob is an outstanding and very professional physician. He removed large chloesteatomas (one in each ear) in two separate operations. Both operations were extensive and after reading the surgery reports I am amazed at his skill and ability. I was very fortunate to have him as my surgeon and would recommend only him for anyone needing ear surgery.

Dr Jacob's stapedectomy on my ear was incredible, he found that I had smaller ear bones than most and an exposed nerve and yet was still able to return my hearing to normal. I was fortunate and chose the surgeon who knew what he was doing, I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Jacob quite literally saved my hearing, and being an actor and singer in today's economy- thus saving my career. 3 years ago i was diagonsied with a schuwanoma tumor, this was in the inner part of my left ear the decisions on treatments was very sacry for me. 1.- leave it and it would continue to grow which would impact on nerves and brian with pain. 2.- radiation which would control the size but for how long and what side effects would leave it. 3.- remove it and side effects of partial paralisis on face possible will be it. So i chose surgery placed my self on gods hands as well on dr. jacob . My surgery was a sucess, i lost hearing on my left ear but that was already declining .
