Insulted me several times during my consultations and encouraged me to do a rhinoplasty. Any apprehension I had about doing the procedure was met with more of a push to undergo surgery. I was young and decided to listen and now my nose is completely deviated to the side/botched.

Dr Cravens is an excellent doctor.

Insulted me several times during my consults and pushed for me to undergo rhinoplasty. My nose is deviated to one side and causes me a lot of distress. Letting this guy operate on me is one of my biggest regrets.

Went to Cravens to see if I had sleep apnea because I was always exhausted. Was probably just depressed and in denial or I was self conscious and wanted an excuse to get a nose job, or maybe both idk. But anyway, he recommended that I do a functional rhinoplasty. I told him I wanted to do a sleep study first but he responded "let's do the nose first then the sleep study if things don't improve." I was young and I agreed to proceed with the surgery. During my consultations he laughed at me while taking preop photos and insulted my intelligence by hitting me on the head with his pen while saying "not much going on up there huh?" Well i guess I proved his point because i let him schedule me for surgery. On the day of the surgery I had second thoughts and was debating whether to call it off and he again pushed for me to get it done. He put his hand on my shoulder and said "don't worry we're gonna make things better." My nose is now bulbous on one side and collapsed/narrow on the other side. Maybe make a definitive diagnosis before deciding someone should undergo surgery?? Maybe be more considerate and caring during consultations instead of insulting your patients. Go to a doctor who actually makes a diagnosis before cutting you and save yourself a lot of anguish. Worst decision of my life.

Pushed rhinoplasty above all other treatments and didn’t do a sleep apnea test to see if it was necessary. He botched the surgery. Stay from him

He was amazing, very thorough, sweet and kind. He gave very good instructions of what to expect and how he would remove my entire thryroid. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this time of surgery. He is excellent!!

Dr. Cravens performed my thyroid surgery in December 2021. He is excellent. Meticulous and caring. I would see him again if I had any further problems.

I recently had Dr. Cravens perform a Partial Thyroidectomy to remove a nodule that was getting larger. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I received from Dr. Cravens from the initial consultation up to the surgery itself. He took his time with me, listened and replied to my concerns, and I left feeling totally confident about choosing him to do the procedure. The day of the surgery I received the same quality of care from all staff at the Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center. I highly recommend Dr. Cravens and his staff. I recently had Dr. Cravens perform a Partial Thyroidectomy to remove a nodule that was getting larger. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I received from Dr. Cravens from the initial consultation up to the surgery itself. He took his time with me, listened and replied to my concerns, and I left feeling totally confident about choosing him to do the procedure. Dr Bob Cravens is one of the best ENT Doctors in Tucson! I had two surgical procedures done by him and I had fantastic results. I highly recommend him and know you will be happy.

I had two procedures. One to install a valve in my right nostril and one to correct a severe deviation in my left nostril. I cannot tell you how much better I can breath and sleep. I cannot begin to tell you all the misery I faced when my previous ENT had me on sleep apnea devices and medications when a few minor procedures could and did resolve. What a huge difference in my life. Staff was also close to ideal.

Dr. Cravens and his team are dirt slow in responding to a life-threatening cancer situation. As a cancer patient, I had to wait over 2 weeks for a doctor consultation to review scans. I had to set up an appointment to get the doctor to review my case. I asked his team to set up an appointment after the first 7 days of not hearing anything from the doctor or his team on results. I figured an appointment would force Dr. Cravens to look at my scan results and let me know how advanced cancer is, the treatment or what the plans are. I never had any feedback on treatment, scan results or any contact from Dr. Cravens. I feel like he does not care about me or my oral cancer that is very painful and advanced and growing worse daily. Wouldn't you contact your cancer patient ASAP with results - so, they don't wait to hear treatment recommendations and scan results? I changed doctors. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Cravens for cancer - an urgent health issue.

I believe that Dr Cravens is an excellent doctor and surgeon. However the wait time once you get to the office is super long. I waited over an hour before seeing Dr Cravens. I think that disrespects my time and is poor scheduling. Once in the exam room and I saw Dr Cravens he is very good. I am having more difficulties since I last saw him in December post surgery, and called on February 25 to make an appointment. His soonest appointment was The middle of May. That is way too long to see a doctor if you are having problems. I asked to see any of the eight other doctors in their office and the soonest appointment was in April. I don’t think it is right to wait three months to see Dr Cravens if I am having problems. I will be looking for a new ENT I believe that Dr Cravens is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Dr. Cravens is a very good and thorough ENT doctor. I would highly recommend him. He actually cares about his patients. He has taken care of my mother and sisters for years. One of the best ENTs in southern Arizona for sure.

I would never recommend Dr. Cravens ENT or his office Staff. I was first seen by Dr. Cravens in August of 2019, I had one visit, waited 1.5 hrs in the waiting room and though he was very nice and took his time with me in his office, after the initial visit I had one nuclear scan he ordered. I had to keep emailing his assistant just go get my results. At this point, I was in pain, I knew there was something seriously wrong with my throat. I had two nodules, Dr. Cravens did a needle aspiration on my left side but said my right side did not need one and he ignored it. I waited and waited for the results, I tried to call their office but they never answer, you have to leave messages. Like I said my initial consulation was in August 2019, in September 2019 I got an answer from Dr. Cravens assistant saying my test results were normal. At this point I never heard back from them again for an additional consultation, nor Dr. Craven or his assistant ever contacted me again for another appointm

Dr. Cravens has been my ENT physician for over 20 years. Always professional, I trust his decisions and recommendations and scheduling is never a problem.

Robert Cravens is the best ENT doctor this 57 year old man has ever had. He is thorough, explains everything and a great surgeon.

He is hard to get into see, and you may wait a long time. But, he is worth waiting for. Despite being busy his diagnostics are precise and decisive and his surgical skills are excellent.

There's something wrong with this office. Today I waited an hour before getting up and leaving. I love Dr. Cravens, but he needs to get his office scheduling straightened out.

He did a procedure on my esophagus that went wrong. I finally saw him 3 weeks later. He ordered an esophagus x-ray, which I had. I called his office a week later. His assistant said he hadn't read the x-ray yet. She said she would ask him to read it and would get back to me. He didn't I finally went to medical records at the hospital and got the record. Unbelievable!!!!!

No DR is worth waiting two hours!!! I left after waiting two hours and was still no seen by the Doctor
