I have high confidence in the work performed. No one likes having surgery for receding gums, but I went thru with it and trust I was well served by Dr Soolari. Very meticulous and thorough.

Every visit to Dr. Soolari's office is great. From the text message and phone calls reminders to their friendly staff. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to when I had gum surgery. I cant speak more highly about this team.

Have seen Dr. Soolari for work on two teeth so far, and I'm impressed with him. He's very pleasant and willing to explain procedures, his choices, and my options. Latest work was to re-treat prep by my (now former) dentist for an implant that left insufficient bone and problems with the gums. He managed to avoid the gum graft I expected (and dreaded!), and it all seems to be healing nicely. Overall, I'm very confident in the care I'm getting.

Very Painful and Very Slow in filing insurance claims. The Office Manager has a serious communication problem when comes to filing insurance claims and conducting follow up. Quite frankly, I would not refer anyone to this practice. I do like the friendly doctor's, but practice must introduce 21st Century pain reducing procedures immediately. As for the customer service attention from the office manager, there is a lot lacking. The rule is, "#1 If you don't serve the customer...someone else will!"

Left me in the chair for an hour after doing x-rays. Then asked me to reschedule, without a cleaning, because they had two people behind me. I had an appointment this is not my fault in any way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Will never return.

Dr. Soolari identified a dangerous infection that my regular dentist had misdiagnosed for over a year. He was very informative, and gave me options. In the end I elected to remove an implant so that the infection could be aggressively treated. The work was fairly painless and the result has been great so far. I am a big fan and I will be using him as my regular dentist going forward.

Rude to patients. No empathy for patients that refuse treatment because lack of funds.

Dental work is no picnic, but we all must go sooner or later. I met with Dr. Soolari for an emergency visit on a holiday as my regular DDS was unavailable. He and his staff were very friendly and helped ease me through the procedure as I was very nervous about it. He even called to check up on me later in the day.
