Dr. Mario O Belledonne

Highly recommend Dr. Belledonne. From the moment I called to set up an appointment until the last time I visited the office, it went smoothly. Kudos to Jeanette for a fantastic customer service, being able to explain all the steps necessary and other options available. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I came here to have immigration medical exam done. I didn't keep my immunization records, so I was nervous in the beginning. The receptionist gave me very good suggestions, letting me know all the options I have---I couldn't thank her enough. I ended up adding two antibody tests to the routine test because the price is reasonable and I wouldn't want to have blood drawn again. The visit to the office to have blood and urine collected was smooth and quick, and they notified me the lab results in a very timely fashion. So I could quickly have two vaccine shots done at local pharmacy that is covered by my insurance, and emailed them the paperwork. That is it---the next day, I was notified the letter is ready for pick-up. It was much faster than I could have ever imagined, with no hidden cost or "salesmanship". What I had antipicated to be a dreadful process ended up being really relieving. I don’t even have a word to explain how bad and disrespectful are they.......I asked them the copy my lab report and the next thing I herd from them is live the room otherwise we will call to the police, once you pay no service afterwards that’s all.

The receptionist is very nice and patient! Gentil person!

I did immigration physical examination in Dr Mario’s office. It was fast to make the appointment. I had all the vaccines record and only blood and urine were needed and collected. The Doctor and assistant were nice.

Not sure why anyone would write a bad review about Dr. Belledonne. He was my Doctor for 35 years and was always the epitome of a Doctor. Dr. Belledonne is caring, attentive, professional and one of the most knowledgeable Medical Doctors I have ever known. It pains me to read some of the reviews because I assure you if you are lucky enough to be a patient of Doctor Belledonne you can rest assured that you are in the care of the most competent Physician anywhere. As for him only caring about money nothing could be further from the truth over the years I have watched Dr. Belledonne treat many patients who had no insurance and were poor and couldn't afford to pay, they were always treated regardless. Terrible, I do not know how he can still act as a doctor, if not even consult the patient just give a medicine!

The doctor himself was not bad but one of his staff, especially, a staff member named Emilia, controlled his practice with a nasty attitude. My visitations with Dr. Belledonne took place in Summer 1997 at his Congressional Plaza Rockville, MD and his Four Corners Silver Spring, MD Practice Locations. Holy Cross Hospital Silver Spring, MD referred me to him following an emergency visit there a related to a medication reaction; otherwise, our paths would never have crossed. I regretted greatly ever visiting him and he especially allowing his staff to act in an inappropriate manner without considerations/feelings.

Miserable place. Bad doctor!

I am very disappointed. The service is worse than anything i've ever seen. They never return calls and when you call they dont answer the phone, or when they answer they put you on hold forever because they cant find their patients information. I have the impression that they are very disorganized. I do not recommend this doctor at all. I would have put zero stars if it let me. I am very disappointed. Dr. Belledonne is an excellent physician who truly cares about his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone family or friends. We need more Doctors like him.

These are some of the reasons of why I ended up hating this doctor. The place is awful to begin with really dirty, the staff doesn't pay too much attention to you, waiting time is about an hour and they keep telling you to get at least 30 minutes early, the doctor has a really bad impression, and the worst thing of all is that he doesn't care about you. He only cares about your money. I went there fore about 2 months and the doctor kept forgetting all my records. This has been a really bad experience. I changed my personal physician after those months of terrible service. I would highly recommend other doctor. These are some of the reasons of why I ended up hating this doctor.
