Ahmad Zankar

Dr. Ahmad Zankar discussed the results of my tests with me thoroughly so I had no worries about my current health status. He is a great listener and a doctor who clearly cares about his patients.

Will not return a phone call after a message left daily. 10 days ago I could not complete a stress echo due to BP elevated to stroke levels, and nobody has returned a call to me. I have messaged on Mychart and it shows he had sign off and reviewed my test results and has not reached back out to me. I have been calling daily and the lack of compassion from Alisha in his office is unprofessional. I have called daily and asked for Dr.Zankar to please contact me and I was told, he is busy and will call you when he is available. When I asked that it shows that another test should be ordered since technician had to stop tests due to dangerous blood pressure and still no answer. My daughter has had 12 open heart surgeries to date and I have lived with living with doctors, my whole life and this is horrid!

Dr Zankar was indeed, Thorough, caring, and very Conscientious, with my heart health. I stuffed a heart attack, and Dr Zankar inherited me from another Dr. and I felt that my health was safe with him.

His staff is not helpful. They are never are able answer questions about meds or next steps. Today I went by to drop off a med records request. Place was closed early on a Friday, which I guess is normal. I saw an assistant leaving and asked if I could leave it with her and she just walked off and got in the elevator. Great Heart Doctor

Service was outstanding both MD's and Nurses and Techs.

Excellent practice, great people, with outstanding facility. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism.

Dr. Zankar demonstrated a high level of empathy to the circumstances which brought me to his office, as well as a generally adept bedside manner.

Given the condition that sent me to the ER, I appreciate the professionalism extended to me upon arrival. Though uncomfortable and scary at first, the actions taken brought me back to a happier place in a few hours where I can sit, sleep and eat comfortably without pain or gasping for air. No one, especially me plans to wind up in the hospital, but if you must, be assured the physicians group will take of you quickly, efficiently and most important effectively so you can get back home quickly. I saw Dr.Zankar while in the hospital. My condition was very scary for me. He took the time with me, explained everything & answered all my questions. I feel very confident & safe with him & his medical expertise. I called to schedule an appointment at his office & his staff went over & beyond to assist me. What a Blessing!

Very efficient staff! RN is very knowledgeable and friendly! Very thorough exam. Dr Zankar puts you in a relaxed environment! He asks very relevant questions! He follows up to make sure you understand the problems! I was very impressed!

Dr. Zankar is an amazing doctor! He saved me from having a heart attack.

Dr Zankar is an excellent people person and Cardiologist!

If anyone ever needed a cardiologist,Dr Zankar,would be their best choice..He takes the time to answer any and all questions...He is compassionate...He looks you straight in the eyes when he is talking with you....He shoots straight from the hip....I have never found a better Doctor..

Love my Cardiologist. He is the best. Saw me through a near death patch this year and I'm happy to say I am hear to talk about it. Thank you Dr. Zankar.

Dr. Zankar is a caring doctor who listens to the needs of his patients. His staff is friendly and helpful. I trust Dr. Zankar as my cardiologist.

Bad doctor on so many levels.

This doctor billed my insurance company, while I was admitted in the hospital, as a 'New Patient Office Visit, 45 minutes +' which caused me to have to cancel my very important office visit with my cardiologist the next week while it is being 'recoded.' My insurance pays for 4 office visits per year and he used up my last one with his 'coding error.' I don't believe it was an error at all, he tried coding it in a way that would ensure he got paid. Sneaky as far as I'm concerned and now I may totally lose my last insurance paid appt. for the year if this is not resolved quickly!

DR. Zankar was very easy to talk to, And was interested in what I had to say.

He was not hurried and thorough. I liked that he had a wait-and-see attitude, and did not with to rush into something that might really not need attention.

Dr. Zankar is very thorough and I feel like I am good care with him as my Doctor. I would encourage anyone to go to him.

Dr. Zancar and his staff are awesome! He takes his time with you and you never feel rushed. He is very thorough and answers all of your questions. Great guy and I highly recommend him. His office staff is very friendly and efficient.

I was taken to ER in late November for a mild Heart Attack. Dr Zankar was the hospital Doctor . He was amazing. Had follow up with him on January 7 at his office Told me things I needed to change in my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Zankar! Look forward to seeing him in February .

Dr. Zankar is known by word of mouth to be an wonderful smart doctor. He is very polite, kind manners and has great communication to his patients. I had a great visit with him for the first time last Monday. I would recremend him to anyone that needs a good heart doctor.
