So professional in every way and very thorough!

Everyone is so delightful when you go for your appointment from the lady who says Hi when you walk in to the doctors and the nurses and the lady that checks you out. Always my favorite appointment.

I was extremely satisfied with my first visit to Dr. McGuiness' office. There was no long waiting for my scheduled appointment time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When with Dr. McGuiness I felt I was being listened to and my past medical history/treatment was being taken into consideration. I was never uncomfortable trying to explain my concerns about my health issue. I am definitely changing dermatologist and will consider cosmetic dermatology for all future needs or treatments. Very knowledge and thorough.

The office location is new and fresh. The check-in experience was efficient and courteous. Dr. McGuiness was informative and explained what he was doing in a manner I understood prior to the work being done. He also provided real options. His assistant Kaylie was quite capable and professional as well as personable.

Absolutely love the staff at Dr McGuiness’ office! I’m so thankful my friend recommended I go see him for my skin concerns. He goes through options thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable with the recommendation for care. Always leave pleased with the experience!

My husband and I just had the most abhorrent experience here, one that even his front desk nurse told me she was genuinely shocked by. My husband and I booked three months in advance for 9:15 a.m. today. We waited 90 minutes. We checked in repeatedly; they explained he had a surgery but would be back with us immediately. The waiting room filled and emptied twice while we waited. My husband got called back and could hear Dr. McGuiness go into multiple rooms before his. I then finally got called back. The girl, Julianne or something to that effect, did not acknowledge my wait. 10 minutes later, Dr. McGuiness comes in and apologizes for the wait half-heartedly. I say it's OK, I know things happen, but she should have just acknowledged it. He proceeds to tell me he was told we were late and didn't fill out our paperwork. I was shocked. That was an absolute lie - we were early and did our online paperwork days ago! I told him this and he insinuated I was lying, so we left.

I had to wait an hour past my appointment to see Dr. McGuiness but I love him as my dermatologist so worth the wait.

My family has been seeing Dr.McGuinness for several years. He is a great Dermatologist and always gives adequate time to patients.

Most thorough and professional dermatologist I have been to in my life. I’ve been a patient 15 years and he has been outstanding with me and my son. I’m always grateful to him and his expertly trained staff.

Dr. McGuiness is absolutely the most thorough Dr. when it comes to yearly skin checks. He spends time looking over you entire body, mouth, scalp, eye lids, ears, and other areas that other dermatologists have never checked on me before. I am really glad I found him! I never do reviews but I felt it was only right to warn everyone about this clinic. I filled out my paperwork online as recommended and still showed up for my 4:20pm appointment at 4pm. I sat there for almost an hour after leaving work early. They kept saying the doctor had not forgot about me but yet I was still sitting there. Finally after two people walked in at 5 and were called in before me id had enough and walked out. As I'm walking out the office a young lady comes and asks if i wanted to see the PA. What a joke.
