Dr.Hess is wonderful.

Took my 83 year old mother off her blood pressure medication because her blood pressure readings were good (same reason you stop carrying an umbrella when you don't get wet in rain, amiright?) and because--verbatim quote--"they don't do nothin'" Within weeks she had a life altering ischemic event. Then we couldn't get a callback. If I could sue him into the ground I would. Don't confuse his aw-shucks good ole boy act with caring medical competence.

Shockingly unresponsive, incompetent, and indifferent, and relies on snippy gatekeepers to keep his,workload down. Can't believe he hasn't been sued into the ground yet. Told my 83 year old mother to stop taking her bp meds because her bp was fine. Sure, because she was on bp meds, Gomer. Of course it went to173 over 90 with facial numbness and disorientation. Now we can't get a callback. She's back on the meds but she's almost certainly had several TIAs. Avoid this practice at all costs. He answers all your question rather by phone or visit. He is patience and understandable Physician. He is very personable, and professional physician.

Very open and engaging, with more interest in me than in the dreaded computer. Listened carefully and offered options for management of my ongoing medical issues. Very comfortable office setting

I am very uncomfortable with doctors due some really bad experiences. Dr. Hess immediately makes you feel comfortable with his easy yet extremely knowledgeable demeanor. Best Doctor I have ever seen.

I found Dr; Alan Hess to be a warm, caring individual that actually listened to my concerns. He took notes! Please do yourself a favor and call on Dr. Hess. He's a good man and physician.
