I made an appt w Dr Norton based upon the positive reviews - I visit Morgantown occasionally and live 2-1/2 hours away. I was unaware that she had two offices and when I showed up for my appointment, her Morgantown staff had never heard of me - and never thought to inquire whether I might have been on the other office’s roster. When I left, confused, and finally figured it out after searching the internet, I called and confirmed the appointment at the other office and the confusion - Morgantown’s staff just said “yep, that sounds good!” - No learning experience there going on! So I hope the Dr. is better than her staff because now I am once again on the six-month wait-list. (I appeared early enough for my appointment that, had Staff been at all helpful, I could have made my appointment at the correct office.) I have been a patient of Dr. Norton for about 12 years. She is a great doctor and the staff at the Morgantown office has always been friendly and helpful.

Dr Norton is very kind and professional, along with her staff that, were working with her . I highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful! Dr Carlile and his nurse was so kind and any problems I had they would do everything to accommodate me. I live 2 hours away and never felt alone after my procedure. I had Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from the tip of my nose and required a major procedure to fix the big chunk they took from my nose. Again, they were only a phone call away and did everything they could to keep me pain free. The staff was wonderful! Dr. Norton is excellent. She really listens to her patients, unlike some other dermatologists I've been seen by. I have already recommended her to friends. I'm very glad I found her.
