Dr. Deeb was excellent. He was very quick with the injections, which I think is the worst part of the procedure. I was not in nearly as much pain as I expected after the proceedure, and I have healed very well after. I definitely would recommend him to friends and family if they needed to have a similar procedure done.

I was very nervous to have my Peridontal Surgery. Dr Deebs explained everything. I am very pleased with my procedure and results. My pain was minimal afterwards which tells me he took great care. I paid out of pocket and it was worth it. I feel he went above and beyond.

Dr. Deeb recently performed Osseous surgery on my teeth. The description of the surgery is pretty scary - cut back the gums, repair the bone, remove infection and stitch the gums. I was very nervous but Dr. Deeb answered my questions. I felt comfortable and my anxiety about completing the surgery was eliminated. The three hour surgery went as planned and I was sent home with several prescriptions including pain pills. I only took 2 pain pills and that was the evening after surgery. I felt fine the next day - no bruising and no pain. AWESOME! Dr. Deeb and his staff are very caring and professional. I highly recommend his services. After 10 years I am done. The accounting department is so uncooperative that the insurance representatives hate talking to her. Dr. is always rushed and trying to sell something extra. Hygienist was great. Receptionist great. Too bad I was driven away.

I had a horrible experience with Andre Deeb. It was ore of dental nightmare. I had a crown that became loose. The first dentist I saw said the root canal was healthy but still wanted to extract it and use a dental implant. This confused nor did he have a valid explanation that made any sense to. I was ready to get a second opinion when a friend of mine called me. She is a retired Dental Hygienist that use to and still does see patients at Deeb’s practice. I explained what was going on. She requested to look at the x-rays herself and that I could have them forwarded by the first dentist to Andrew Deeb’s practice. Upon receiving them she phoned me and just went on about seeing all this great healthy bone and saw no reason this tooth could not be saved. She put me through to the front desk to make an appointment. The had a availability for the next day. Delighted thinking my tooth would be save a showed up at the office I a timely fashion. I full mouth x-ray was taken and was put in the examination room waiting for the dentist. Deeb came in and almost immediately informed me that the tooth would have to come out. He said he could see me the next day and would do the extraction and implant in one shot. When I went back out to the front desk, I was amazed they already had pre-authorization from my insurance for the entire procedure. They had an appointment ready for me the very next day. From the first shoot of Novocain was a nightmare. Deeb’s hand was extremely heavy and that 1st one and the next 5 hurt immensely. Eventually I numbed up. The extraction was excruciating. It took between almost 1 hour before the whole root was out. He then put the implant in behind the extraction. He tightened it down with 3 turns Waited a few minutes and went back in to tighten it again. This time, I felt like a snap. It was it was more of a sensation. Behind that sensation I could feel a sour taste going through every inch of my body. Deeb told me that was normal. Finished the procedure and sent me home. Three days later I was still numb, I thought from the Novocain. That 3rd day my friend called to see how I as doing. I explained I was still numb. My right side of my face frozen and my right lip was hanging down.She said I needed to call Deeb immediately. I saw him the next morning. The implant hit a bundle of nerves and had to come out. I never I experienced so much excruciating pain. It took 3 attempts before it was all the way out. The last try they called my husband in. They had him lay on top of me so I did not come screaming out the chair. I was sent home with a prescription of Percocet. I was given a follow-up in early January. I spent Christmas and New Years in 24/7 pain and numbness. The right side of my face paralyzed and my right lip hanging down. I remained in pain and numbness for over 6 months. At the January follow-up I explained I would not come be back to see him as traveling over an hour was to excessive. I confronted Dr. Deeb regrading billing for this failed procedure. He told me he was reversing all and any payment and there would not be any charge to myself or my insurance. I was oak with that an went my way. Last month I needed to a crown made. My new dentist asked if there were any recent full mouth x-rays taken I said no to he best of my ability no. Payment for this x-ray was declined because Deep went ahead despite his words charged for the x-ray and extraction. Had I known that I would have had the new dentist just call over for the x-rays instead. My insurance only pays for one set of such x-rays every 3 years. I called to his office , his billing person said she would take care of it. Today I found out it was never taken care of. When I called over to his office today that person informed me that they were not reversing the charges for the x-ray or the extraction. I thought I was dealing with a decent person. If I new this to be the outcome last year I would have written this review, then. I would have found an attorney then. This dentist is a butcher he is a liar. I had peridontal surgery, osseous surgery. He was gentle and caring. His office staff is so caring and professional. I highly recommend him and this office for any dental needs you have. I paid out of pocket and it was worth it. Highly recommended.

Dr. Deeb did exceptional work extracting my upper right wisdom tooth. I had no swelling and no bruising. He was caring through the process, answered my questions. I healed very quickly from the procedure. He did an extraordinary job.

Horrible dentist! Never went to him before. Went for an extraction of a molar. Immediately told me about his impending divorce. Pulled that molar out in less than 10 minutes, because he started pulling before the novacaine took effect, he tore my gums when he jerked out the tooth. The front desk couldn't believe I was finished when I walked out! He was so rough, I had problems with that area for over a year

Poor bedside manner. Poor interaction with patients regarding payments, it's like negotiating for a car. And believe me my first attempt was denied and therefore I was denied dental services. Very, very frustrating. Don't recommend at all, not even to my sick mother. Yikes run..

Dr. Deeb is a great dentist. Once you get to know him (I really don't want to know a dentist well, but if you have to!) He is very friendly. My visits with Doctor Deeb were efficient, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend his work for anyone needing periodontal attention

Expertise My first visit was very impressive. Expertise is the word that I was thinking as I left his office. On the treatment day I was very pleased that Dr. Deeb saw me right away to start my treatment. One week later I returned for my checkup feeling very good and well on my way to healing. It was quite amazing how quickly I recovered and I owe that to Dr. Deeb’s expertise.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Dr. Deeb was kind, professional and explained everything very clearly. Extremely pleased with my periodontal appointment and would highly recommend him.

The staff is terrific (they get five stars), but I found Dr. Deeb to be smug, arrogant, judgmental and completely lacking compassion.

This is by far one of the most efficient and friendly periodontal offices ever. They are always on time. Do what they say they will do and most importantly stand by their work. I highly recommend Dr. Deeb for periodontal work.

Gentle and concerned. Performed a dental implant quickly. Fully explained the procedure, always asks if I have questions and takes time to answer them fully. Excellent follow up care provided.

Excellent experience all around. Reception was friendly, cleaning went very well. All questions were answered. Have been working with Andrew for many years, and anticipating coming in for many years to come. This is an excellent organization.

My first (and only, I hope) experience was absolutely wonderful, given the circumstance! I had to have a tooth removed and an implant inserted. The process was thoroughly explained prior to the start, and the doctor and technician also explained what was happening at each step. The follow-up appointment was also professional and thorough. The desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have no hesitation if referred to Dr. Deeb again! The office staff was very nice, however my experience with Dr. Deebs was horrible. He has no interpersonal skills. He was extremely rough and when I asked him to stop hurting me, he became angry and insultive. This was within the first 30 seconds of our interaction! He then went on to say that I need surgery and it was necessary to be like that with me because "your gums are so infected". If he has no consideration for the pain I was in to begin with, why would I trust him to perform surgery on me? I'm certainly glad he is not the only periodontics in town. The staff at Andrew's clinic were fine, however my experience with Andrew was horrifying. In short order, after a 10 min examination (that was painful and almost had me in tears) and interrogation (not conversation), I was informed that my teeth had a 5 year life expectancy, that I needed gum surgery, and would have to have 3 teeth pulled. Additionally, I should look into dentures and/or implants (for $25K). I barely had time to digest this shocking information (I thought I was merely going into establish care and get my teeth cleaned, having just moved to the area), when I was whisked off to another office and Kathy showed me that the gum surgery would be about $10K. I left feeling like I had just been victimized. I immediately went home and called my old periodontist in Vancouver, WA. He suggested that I find a more conservative periodontist locally - someone that would be interested in maintaining the health of my teeth, not yanking them out. I found Dr. Jamison in Green Valley and visited him today - 38 years of experience and certainly not out to pay off his dental school bills or buy a big boat. He engaged in conversation, gently examined my mouth and thoroughly reviewed the xrays from Andrew's office (Andrew may have paid for his credentials, but he certainly doesn't garner the respect to be addressed as a doctor). Dr. Jamison concluded that surgery would have been a big mistake and that I only needed deep cleaning, to be followed up with routine cleaning every 90 days. Please be careful when selecting your Health Care Professional. If you feel like something isn't right, it probably isn't - trust your instincts. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 22 years, have a degree in Health Care Administration, and have seen too many instances of unscrupulous practices, overly zealous or aggressive practitioners. Please select your care providers carefully and take the lead in your overall health. Ask questions and get second or third opinions.
