Terrible doctor

Dr. Steiner is great. I have been seeing her for years. She is caring and intelligent. She listens to what you have to say.

Dr. Steiner is a wonderful doctor who is smart, thorough, direct and to the point. I’ve been seeing her for years and have found her to be genuinely concerned about my well being and healthy. She is responsive and very approachable...has gotten back to me immediately in situations requiring her attention. I trust her implicitly and am grateful for her wonderful care all these years.

Incompetent and did not address my concerns. Dissatisfied.

Awful, gruff, condescending bedside manner. Gave me a surgical procedure without consent; it was a completely different procedure than what was described on the consent form. She pierced an open wound before applying local anesthesia. She insinuated the situation was my fault because I did not come in sooner. Uncaring and unsympathetic to my questions. I felt no sense of trust or safety. A physically and emotionally traumatic experience. Please regard this review as an earnest warning.
