I've never made a review before but this one...I had to. I would give zero stars if I could. This office does not act in good faith and is extremely misleading when it comes to insurance coverage. We were told our insurance was accepted multiple times, but after the fact, once we get the bill they said we weren't in network even though they accept our insurance. The doctor refuses to call us back regardless of multiple attempts by my husband and I to resolve this matter. He is a disabled veteran trying to get treated by competent doctors rather than the VA, and this is the treatment he gets! This was a huge bill for a less than 10 minute consult where he was told nothing could be done. We have yet to get a response from the doctor's office or any assistance regarding this matter. My husband is a disabled veteran and this office is NOT acting in good faith. They told us they accept our insurance, but failed to tell us we are not in network. The woman at the front desk has now confirmed this multiple times and the doctor will not call us back to resolve this matter. We got a large bill for a 10 minute consultation now not covered by insurance and the office has completely failed at returning any calls to resolve this matter. This seems like insurance fraud to me

Amazing doctor! The staff is friendly and he really takes the time to explain everything to you. Never a long wait either.
