This is a wonderful Dr!! My husband and I were her patients until we moved away from that area. Her patients are very lucky to have s great Dr like Dr. Massand!!!

She was the family doctor for our entire family, she dismisses all of our concerns, never makes time for appointments, even for urgent situations. I've honestly never in my life come across a worse doctor. Doesn't know what she's doing half the time either. I feel like I was without a family doctor for the past few years. Switching to a new doctor immediately, god forbid I ever have to come across this woman ever again. As a current medical student, what an embarrassment for the medical field.

I work for a provider who has been trying for weeks to get a referral for a patient. The sheer number of excuses was horrifying enough, but the patient needing to cancel an appointment with us because of the run around I was given by the staff was the worst! I was told by the referral department they couldn't help me... and that I should talk to an administrator... and have been DISCONNECTED. This is the MOST unprofessional office I have ever dealt with - and I have been a practice manager for well over 25 years!
