Dr. Birendra Kumar Trivedi

I am going to Dr Trivedi for long time .He is a very caring ,discuss your problems very thoroughly and spends time with you explaining everything. His staff is also very nice too.

Dr. Trivedi is an excellent neurologist, caring, helpful and friendly. He made lifesaving decisions for my wife while she was hospitalized and has been extremely helpful to me with neurological problems. Highly recommended !

Dr. Trivedi was very attentive asked the right questions and listened. Very nice manner. I had no issues with the staff, very nice!!!

rudest physician I have ever met. no bedside manner. poor explanation about medications. Did not take a proper history and does not listen to the patient.

Terrible!!!!!!!!! This office staff is disgustingly nasty. They don’t know how to talk to people and then want to blame the patients. Dr was very nice but his staff needs to be completely replaced. Obviously management allows these employees to speak to people in this manner. And honestly, by looking at all the reviews, the doctor isn’t doing much about it either. I’m not going back here. Dr. Aradhya Is the best. She has been nothing short of fantastic with how much she knows, how friendly she is and always gives me a lot of time to answer my questions. The rest of her staff are all so friendly too and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Aradhya and the whole office. They do PT there as well.

Dr. Trivedi and Dr. Aradhya are amazing doctors. And the staff will literally go above and beyond for you. So warm and accommodating. Not sure why they have such bad reviews on the staff but I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 years and the staff has ALWAYS incredibly kinda, warm and respectful. Will DEFINITELY keep coming here.

Beware of fees two years later The nasty management at this office asked their billing company to call me and threaten me about some fees and being sent to collection.I was quite surprised about it, and I couldn't even remember my visit to this place. After giving it some thought I remembered I went there in 2016 when I had a horrible sciatica during my pregnancy. Well, apparently they never charged a co-payment, and decided to do so two years later, without even sending me a previous bill. Not only that, they added extra charges because "I didn't pay", when in reality they forgot to send me a bill and I guess they found out two years later. Let me add how nasty they are on the phone. I cant even comment on the doctor because I barely remember my one and only visit to this place. The doctor is very friendly, informative and funny. The staff is amicable, they were very nice to me on the phone and in the doctor’s office.

Great doctor - such a shame the management is nasty. DO NOT go there.

The doctor himself is wonderful. As for the the staff and management they are EXTREMELY nasty and will make sure EVERYONE is made aware of this.

it was an amazing experience with Dr. Birendra Trivedi very concerned and caring even the staff is caring, would really recommend people to have a day with Dr. Trivedi.
