Don’t take your dogs to her! I left her! When I went in hospital after her bulls…. Care! I found out she was not allowed to practice at the hospital! I ..because of her.. my stomach is now paralyzed…. If she just checked me being a internist she should should of seen that 30% of my stomach was in my chest Cavity… but no… she ignored me everytime I told her… it could of been caught much sooner… and my stomach would not be like this.. I now have Gastroparesis!

If i could go less than 1 star i would. I went their 3 times and each time she told me she couldn't treat me. I had good insurance so no issues. Think she wants to quit or only take one insurance co. She will diagnose you with anything simple just to get u to leave never return.

This is the worst doctor in the world! Don’t go to her if your life depended on it! She’s not even allowed to practice at the hospital anymore ! Everytime I go there I get told get out of her practice shes a bad doctor! She has a bad reputation then I got seriously ill because of her! She needs her license revoked and sent back to Med school to learn to be a doctor! How many other people has she done like this? A who.e nursing home full! Ironic! Pray for those Seniors! This woman needs her license revoked! She does whatever she wants to nursing home patients without consulting their primary doctors and surgeons. She is putting patients health at risk! She is asked to not make any changes without contacting family first , yet she does it anyway. She won’t return calls or requests to return calls and won’t be bothered at her office with nursing home patient questions. Ohio Medical Board here I come. The worst. No one in waiting room yet she rushed my wife and I out asap after this: "come back in a year." Needs to work at the VA where she'd fit right in. Pathetic.

Their practice is totally unprofessional. She leaves papers lay around until her convenience that only need a signature, like for proof of illness etc..and one time I had to call after hours bc Prattipati forgot to call in my antibiotic. She yelled into phone saying: what do you want!! I heard dogs barking in background. You literally gotta beg to be treated with Respect. Another time it was freezing out and I was waiting on my ride, I'm disabled. Suddenly they were closing doors but there were still two ladies inside. I asked if me and my son could just wait inside first two doors and the younger lady rudely said no. Then closed door. One of their employees accidentally got locked out and they let her in but didn't care that we were freezing outside. I had to wait well over a year for one of my diagnosis. I had to keep calling and reminding them. Secretary was always nice, she was honest in saying that the paperwork has just been laying down on desk unattended to for quite some time. The new practitioner didn't know what she was doing, she just guessed. Almost every visit I had a new practitioner bc they kept quitting working for Prattipati, if that tells you anything. Also, that office was never sanitized after the previous sick patient would leave. I'd go into the little room it stunk and certain things were laying in the room. Not always but most times. Don't deserve one star. I feel that Prattipati Definitely does Not care about patients....it's all about money. I couldn't even get my test results in a timely manner and had to beg for them. I wish you could rate zero stars. I’ve had several appointments with them, each one worse than the last. I was in need of a repair after a GI scope that confirmed I had a hernia, and was told to follow up with my GP to get a referral and surgery scheduled. She tried to dismiss it saying I simply had a stomach virus, and she wasn’t concerned with a hernia at this time. I’ve since seen a different doctor, and now have a surgery date scheduled. This is the laziest and most unprofessional office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish you could rate zero stars. She oversees several nursing homes in Miami County, unless you have a death wish stay the Hell away from her.

This establishment doesn't even deserve one star. My grandmother uses this doctor. Their is no professional manner. This office doesn't deliver test results in a timely manner. We are still waiting on bloodwork results. The last two days we have called to get them we were told "The doctor is not in the office today." I have worked in a medical facility before, usually when a doctor is out there is a doctor on call to handle situations. The communication between this office and it's patients is almost nonexistent. Great Doctor..

instead of listening to my problem, she just wants to argue and get me out of there. Very poor service. Nothing gets resolved. Would not recommend taking a pet there.

Dr. Prattipati is always friendly and very thorough. I have been a patient for a few years now.

They are rude. Process paperwork very slowly. There offices are dirty. There bed side manner is bad. Doctor does not listen to how you feel and she thinks she knows more about you then you do. Bad service they give there patience.
