We always appreciate everything Dr. Casdorph has done for our child. We have been seeing him for several years now and we have been very satisfied with his care. He always takes the time to answer our questions and address our concerns.

I truly appreciate the care Dr. Casdorph gives my son. It is apparent that he loves his job and works to better the lives of children. He is kind and attentive to not only my son, but also to me as his mother. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

I honestly love the staff and everyone there. It's very inviting and the environment feels safe to talk about everything. I'm always treated with respect, and I wouldn't trade this office or staff for anything.

My child has been a patient here for a few years now. I trust the office and his Dr completely. They are always courteous, kind, understanding and listen to any and all issues. They also care about our family as a whole not just my son who is a patient. Mental health problems are hard, especially in children. Dr Casdorph and his office make life easier for my son and my family. I would and have recommended them to everyone possible.

Front desk ladies are top notch. They are friendly and professional. Dr Casdorph is excellent with my son. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

The Dr is very nice and very helpful. Want him to be my youngest Dr also.

We really appreciate Dr. Casdorph's zero-tolerance attitude toward harmful side effects when prescribing meds. Finding the right medication for each individual is so important.

We are very upset. I left several messages. I was told by a nurse that Dr Casdorph was to call me back and never did. Then went to appointment and then was told he would no longer will take care of my daughter and then go downstairs and was told we no longer have a council for my daughter. We now have to start over.

Ruined my sons life....my son is even more depressed than he was...

Dr. Casdorph is wonderful. He takes time to connect with my child. He takes time to explain medications & answer any questions.

I have been VERY emotional and hesitant about my 5 year old son being treated for ADHD. I have been through several doctors and medications myself the last 8 years and was adamant that I did not want my son medicated. After trying everything else for him, I made an appointment with Dr Casdorph. I spent well over an hour in the office with him, and have never felt so good leaving any type of appointment before. Dr. Casdorph was my doctor for over 10 years and if not for him I wouldn’t be here today. He has always listened to me and even returned phone calls. When he moved to Ohio I really felt lost. I know I will never find someone I feel I can trust like him. Connie. WV

Dr. Casdorph has been wonderful keeping medications to the lowest dose needed and diagosing with care.

Likes to argue with patients. Very rude!!!! Doesn't check on side effects for meds. Almost killed my daughter.

I've been a patient of Dr Mark Casdorph for well over 10 years. You have to have a connection with your physician and find one that works for you. Dr Casdorph has saved my life multiple times in multiple ways. He has always been patient and understanding with my issues. I fully trust him to make decisions about my medical care and if I have questions about the medication or treatment plans I ask questions. He always makes time for me and responds to my concerns fairly. I'm grateful he's my doc.

Dr Casdorph does NOT "listen" to his patients. He may make a show of being concerned but he treats EVERY SINGLE PATIENT as if they were his "addiction" patients and you can't talk to him about Mental Health Issues. He talks AT you not to you, changes your medications without listening to you and your concerns. Dr Casdorph does not seem to understand Mood Disorders,Insomnia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder or PTSD. He has a "one size fits all" "treatment" approach, all centering around HIS agend

Very caring doctor who takes time to listen to his patients and work with them. I have never had an issue with contacting him, I either am worked into his schedule or he returns my phone calls. I would recommend Dr. Casdoprh to anyone needing help with a mental health issue.

Violates HEPPA laws ,He will discuss a patient's condition or situation to anyone that asks.

Casdorph is a nice guy, but I would never go back to him for any psych help. He's very very quick to jump to medicine, even though I did not want to take it and would have preferred therapy instead. He insisted so much that I finally agreed. The medicine made me miserably sick, but I had to keep taking it for about two months because he wouldn't agree to take me off of it. I was afraid to stop taking it because it's dangerous to stop suddenly, so I had to wait. I called his office repeatedly and his (rude) office staff refused to give him my message. Eventually I went in myself without an appointment and demanded to speak to him. After I got off that medicine he immediately put me on another which only made my panic disorder worse. Once again I called repeatedly and my messages were all ignored. I decided enough was enough, stopped taking that one cold turkey and went to someone else. Bad staff, bad doctor and ridiculously long waiting times.

I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. They thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of my treatment options. This provider asked me questions and seemed interested in my thoughts and concerns. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Seen for several years, quick to push stimulants on myself and my son. Didn't deal with core issues rather pushed certain meds (usually new to market) and changed meds often, sometimes changing more than one at a time. I'm a healthcare provider myself and mentioned a sleeping problem at multiple visits which he seemed to overlook every time. Also crossed the line with suggesting how to "parent" my son with behavior problems, although different things work for different kids. Knowing him personally and as a fellow medical provider he is very arrogant, stubborn and opinionated. At one visit he stated he was taking a poll on who we were voting for and why. He took more interest in that than my sons issues.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Rhonda was especially rude and couldn't be bothered to even take a phone message and tried to hang up without even taking your name or number. It was almost impossible to even get an appointment to get into the office and, if I weren't desperate to get a provider, I wouldn't have kept trying. I didn't feel like dealing with Rhonda in the office and jumping through a million hoops and making multiple calls just to get into the office and was SO discouraged that if there had been ANY OTHER PROVIDER ON MY PLAN WITH AN OPENING I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THEM! The off is closed EVERY DAY from 12 NOON to 2:15 PM for LUNCH! You talk about bankers hours! God forbid that you have a psychiatric emergency! I feel like the office staff is there to party for as short a period, socialize amongst themselves, ignore the patient, take an extended lunch and go home. Which doesn't give me much faith in ANY doctor in this practice when they allow this to go on. It leaves me with the impression that the doctors, too, could hardly care less about their patients when they allow the front office staff to treat patients like dirt.. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I have been under Dr. Casdorph's care for years. He has saved my live, literally. He allowed me to call him at any hour and on more than one occassion I did. Thank you Mark

He is the most caring doctor I know. He truly cares about his patients well being.

I "had" Bipolar Disorder and severe OCD. My first doctor did not help at all. After seeing Dr. Casdorph, he knew what medicines to take me off of and what medicines to start me on. Everyone out there; this guy saved my life!!! God worked threw him to help heal my suffering. I'm living proof that Bi-polar disorder "CAN" be treated successfully! Don't give up, BELIEVE ME! I've been down that dark, narrow road, I know how it feels to be an inch tall. God created you! If you're having any kind of trouble, seek Dr. Casdorph for help. He also has a wonderful staff. He is unlike any doctor I have ever been to. It's amazing how much better I feel when I am taking medicine. I would love to not be taking medicine, but this disorder along with Schizophrenia "require" long-term medication. It's just like having diabetes or a heart problem. Stay on your medicine(s). He works with kids who have ADHD and is great with adults too.
