I have had left and right total knee replacements within the last 5 months and I'm doing great. Both of my surgeries were pretty involved because of 8 prior surgeries, but Dr Frye was able to make the modifications without difficulty. He is a great surgeon, but also a great person with incredible bedside manner. He is always very kind, caring, and confident in his skills. Dr Benjamjn Frye and his staff provided me with excellent care from the first time I walked into his office until after my surgery He is professional and a highly skilled surgeon. I highly recommend him for hip replacement.

Dr. Benjamin Frye had saved my husbands life in an accident he had. Hours of surgery later, my husband came out with a reconstructed elbow. Better than the original!! Most definitely I would recommend! Love Love this Dr. Thank you Dr Frye

DR. BENJAMIN FRYE is an amazing surgeon and doctor. He is very caring. He did a total knee replacement on my right knee, and it went great. So, I returned to have my left knee replaced and he also removed hardware from a previous surgery. After 2 1/2 weeks, I can ride my bike, go up and down steps without having to hit the same step twice, and I am in less pain than prior to surgery. I have only been taking tramadol before bed to help ensure a good might of rest. I’m getting my staples removed today, and I’m so excited to start increasing the mobility and bending of knee once they are removed. Dr. George Bal, At the same location, did my left knee, a Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy years ago, and he too was an amazing and very caring doctor. I am on the way to my new life now, and have an increased energy level already, and I know that I will e able to do all the things I want to do once this heals more. Thank you so much! DR. Dr. Frye is an excellent physician. I have a rare disease causing me to have both hips replaced at age 26. He explained everything well and took all the time I needed to answer questions. My recovery from both surgeries was excellent thanks to his help. I am now back to my normal self again because of his excellent skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had an anterior right hip replacement done in March of 2020. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and I am doing fantastic! From the moment I met Dr. Frye, he was genuinely concerned and explained every step of the procedure and recovery process to me and my wife. We attended classes 2 weeks before the surgery which went through the entire procedure and what to expect. Dr. Frye spent a fair amount of time asking me questions, answering my questions and asking me what my goal was for the surgery. He far exceeded my expectations and I have recommended him to all of my friends.

I recommend Dr. Frye all the time to people I know or that mention they need knee help. I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there and it is well worth the ride. He’s amazing and explains everything! ??

Dr. Frye replaced both of my knees. Excellent physician, I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and concerned about the patient on an individual level.

Dr. Frye performed a total knee replacement for me recently. My husband and I chose him based on word of mouth. Dr. Frye is amazing. Excellent skills and great, approachable and honest personality. My recovery has been wonderful due to his expert surgical skills. Would highly recommend Dr. Frye to everyone!

Dr. Frye is the best. Had both hips done within two years and Dr. Frye was my surgeon both times. My hip pain was immediately gone from both surgeries and I feel great!

I came into Ruby Memorial with a fractured ankle and foot. Dr. Frye did outstanding work with pins in my ankles and two screws across my foot. I am a tall person, and expected to have pain and issues from this procedure in the long run. It has been a few years now, and I cannot complain about it at all. Would recommend to family and friends without apprehension.

I highly do not recommend him. My husband had several appointments to get no relief from his knee pain.His orthopedic doctor referred him to doctor Frye because he was retiring. After 6 appointments my husband fired doctor Frye because he believes dr Frye is just bleeding our insurance and we found him a new doctor that really does care about the patient

Go to UVA, world of difference. Nice facility.

Dr. Frye and the staff have been wonderful. I had a total hip replacement with excellent results!! He is kind, compassionate and will take whatever time you need and answer any questions you have. I haven't experienced anyone there that hasn't been kind and professional. When I'm ready for my other hip to be replaced it will be by Dr. Frye.

Dr. Frye is very friendly and courteous. He explained the reasons as to what is wrong with my hip and explained, in detail, what he could do for me. He spent an ample amount of time with my wife and I answering our questions and concerns.
