Everyone in the office was amazing and so very nice, but if it in alot of pain u have to deal with it bc he won't give u anything that will help , otherwise they are awesome

Dr. Ziran is the best orthopedist that I have ever been to. I have R/A and several issues with my bones and joints, so I have seen many ortho doctors over the years. Dr. Ziran is very personable and always makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes time to listen and totally explain to you what is happening and what his plan is to help make you well. His staff is efficient and friendly.

Staff and Doctor are very caring and friendly. . Service was exceptional.

Two broken ankles within a year and would NEVER go anywhere but Hughston! Dr. Ziran was the ABSOLUTE best at ensuring that I would heal correctly and be WHOLE. His knowledge and humor are the best medicine when you are frightened and unsure.

In 1999 I broke my legs in 29 places by wrapping them around a guardrail post. I was flown into UPMC in Pittsburgh, the 1st Dr. that came in (remain nameless) wanted to cut them off, needless to say I didn't take that diagnosis to well & went ballistic on him, so he asked nurse to bring Dr. Ziran in for 2nd opinion. He promised me when I woke up from surgery I'd still have my legs but couldn't promise anything for tomorrow & when I looked at him a confidence I seen in his eyes told me, this is my Dr. He told me to set goals & he'd help me achieve them. I set modest goals of being able to play in the yard with my daughter & someday making it back to the golf course. The next day another surgery & then the next & so on. After several surgeries Dr. Ziran put Humpty back together again. Within a year there was nothing I couldn't do. If you're unfortunate enough to have a horrible accident, I hope you're fortunate enough to have Dr. Ziran waiting for you at the ER. Dr. Ziran you are Da Man. Everyone from Dr. Ziran. Amy his assistant and on down was the greatest for my mom. In the survey, we were asked if we expected 100% recovery. I must say for a 92 year old with broken hip, 50% would be what we expected of total recovery. Thank you so much Dr. Ziran for the time you took with me after surgery to explain everything and the kind heart you have for the care of your patient. Amy is wonderful and so caring. Dr Ziran was excellent at communicating both about my injury as well as how he was going to fix my injury. He also gave me realistic expectations of what to expect along the way of my recovery. I would recommend Dr Ziran to everyone.

This was my second visit. Dr. Ziran and staff are great! Easy to talk to, easy to amuse, and highly skilled. Should I ever need orthopedic services in the future, I will not hesitate to book an appointment with them????

My orthopedic, Dr Peter Symbus specializes in shoulder and my injury is trauma. Met Dr Ziran and his staff after being informed of his high regard within the medical community. Dr. Ziran has tremendous medical ability and is able to relate well to the patient. My surgery is Friday. I’ll circle back next week with the results. Was referred to Dr, Ziran, who I'm sure is a well qualified Doctor, but unfortunately, the phone devil which tried to find everyway to discourage me from making an appointment didn't allow me to be seen by him. Excuse after excuse as to why she couldn't schedule an appointment for me. Dr. Ziran, find better help!

Dr. Ziran is an amazing doctor and surgeon with incredible skills. His work is without question the very best in the field of traumatic orthopedic repair. I was in a horrific automobile accident. Dr. Ziran saved my life. I had a shattered pelvis and the physicians told me I might not be able to walk again. Dr Ziran performed my surgery and I had a full recovery.

I’m 15 and got a double compound fracture on my right leg after surgery it got really bad infection and dr ziran has been extremely helpful and basically saved my leg this man has helped me go from never play any rough sports again to it’s been 4 months since injury and I can already walk!!!

Best trauma surgeon you could hope for. Great bedside manner, wonderful personality, excellent surgeon. So thankful he was mine when the time came.

Dr. Ziran saved my leg and I am truly thankful for his expertise and kindness. I was his patient in 2002-2007 in Pittsburgh PA and Youngstown OH. He went above and beyond for me and my family so I could keep my left lower leg and not have to endure an amputation in my 30's. He will never ever understand my gratitude and respect I have for him. Dr. Ziran has changed my life for the better at the worst time in my life.

My son was injured in a motocycle accident on Sept. 16,2018, my sons foot was distroyed. Dr tried hard to save his foot. But unfortunatly a month later Dr had to amputate below the knee. Dr. Zilan was very informative and you can see how much he cares for his patients when he speaks. Thank you Dr. Ziran.

I have been to Dr Ziran numerous times including for a surgical procedure. Dr Ziran is very knowledgeable and explains everything in depth. I was very pleased with my surgical procedure and aftercare. I had a few concerns after getting home from surgery. When I notified his office staff, I was immediately transferred to a nurse and an appointment was scheduled. Dr Ziran is one of the few doctors that still truly cares for his patients. He has a wonderful staff especially Amy. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were in a car accident on May 6, 2018. My daughter had a broken tail bone and fractured/shifted pelvis (which for a girl/women) is life altering. Dr. Ziran explained in detail with drawings what needed to be done and was clear on the possibilities, I was overwhelmed with fear. Her surgery and recovery went great and every appointment he answered all questions. I had a broken arm, collar bone and fractured pelvis. 3 months later we are both completely healed and doing great.

Worked wonders for me 12 years ago. Shattered tibia/fibula, good as new.

My mother was in an auto accident on 3/16/2018. Her femur was shattered from the distal portion to the epicondyle and a left hip fracture Dr. Ziran did an excellent job with explaining the procedure to us and telling us exactly what to expect. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He was very honest and did not give us false expectations. We were made aware of the best possible and worst possible scenario/outcome, for her situation.

I was in an accident and Dr. Ziran saw me in the hospital. He only has office appts one day a week, thus I was not able to get a follow up appt for 5 weeks. After a >2 hr wait past my appt time, Dr. Ziran spent less than 2 minutes with me. It was obvious that since I was not a patient who needed multiple surgeries, he was not interested in me. He was extremely uncaring, crass and egotistical. I had to follow him out of the exam room to obtain any info from him regarding my treatment plan.

Excellent! He spent 45 minutes with me. I felt sorry for the patient after me though. I came from west Cobb, for a 2nd opinion.

Horrible bed side manner. When trying to make a surgical decision he did not give full facts of each option. Which left me trying to make a decision under pressure with no help from him. I was patient of Dr. Ziran back in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when My Mother and I where in a car accident 30 minutes after bringing her from Sewickly Valley Hospital, a Hit and Run Driver just and killed My Mother and crushed both of My legs. Dr. Ziran saved both of My legs, I walk again due to Him. I love Him with all of My Heart and Soul.

Dr. Ziran and the Hughston Clinic made what was unpleasant, a personable, polite and professional experience. The staff was polite, without rushing, professional without abruptness, and all seemed knowledgeable and caring. This practice had several things going on at once, it ran smoothly with no sign of frenzy going on like other offices which specialize. Dr. Z was fantastic. He told me like it was, truth with bit of humor. So Dr Z and the entire staff deserve an A+ Kudos!

my daughter was run over by a car and put under dr zirans care. not knowing if she would live, dr ziran treated her as if she was his own child. i cannot go on enough. With Gods grace, this man saved my daughters life....literally. I am so thankful that there are still doctors like this....he truly cares.

I love him and his staff. They are very friendly and seem to really care about you. After a serious car accident where my leg was bbrokn badly, Dr. Ziran did an excellent job on the surgery. It was an injury where I could have easily lost my foot, but he listened to my wishes to save it and didn't try to force me down that path. I thank God that he was my surgeon that day!

After a serious bike accident in another state, my 19 yr old daughter was referred to Ziran to continue orthopedic care for foot/hip injuries. Scheduling an appointment was no issue, however upon arriving at the office we waiting over an hour beyond the scheduled appointment time to be seen. The nurse was verbally abrasive and rough. Ziran demonstrated no compassion and was very negative; he graphically described every worse case scenario. The experience was spirit breaking & horrific.
