Went to see him about back issues. Waited two hours in the waiting room, before I finally got to see the doctor. He spent the majority of the time talking into his recorder than speaking with me and when he did it was to criticize my weight. Took my husband with me the second and last time. He never spoke to me but spoke to my husband about me the entire appointment.

I went and saw him twice. Each time the wait was about and hour long. My first visit, he spoke to me as if i were a child the entire appointment and talked mostly into his recorder. He kept making not so subtle jabs about my weight as well. I admit, i have weight issues that ive delt with since i was young, but i have never been made to feel so small before. I did go and see him a second out of desperation from the pain i was in. This time i brought my husband. I wanted him to see what this doctor was like. Again, wait time of over an hour. When he finally came into the patient room, he didn't make jabs about my weight. In fact he barely even acknowledged me. Instead he talked to my husband about me. I might as well not have been in the room. He was perfectly fine with my husband and only took his recorder out once to talk into it. In my opinion, this doctor is very rude and sexist. Go see another doctor Besides talking incessantly with out letting me speak, he was more interested in dragging out a plan of therapy so I had to keep coming back instead of providing the treatment my GP sent me to get He was combative and condescending A total waste of time and money as I now have to go to see another doctor just to get the standard therapy

Average wait time in the waiting room is an hour, then additional hour in the tiny and unkept patient room. He then comes in and talks to you like you are a doctor and you are supposed to understand medical terminology, also often time criticizes the way you speak or say something. I would not recommend him to anyone!

I showed up early and signed in. I waited in the room for an hour and no doctor. The young lady that came behind me was at the check out window when I went up to reschedule. Not acceptable. I would not recommend them for anyone who has decent insurance and he was not that busy. On the other hand the receptionist were very nice.

All you people who left bad reviews for DR. ARMSTRONG, y’all surely have personal issues! He is one of Very few left doctors, who will go out of his way to help you!I saw him a couple days ago, and asked if he can take a few minutes to tell him something that happened to me, he put everything down, looked me in my eyes, and listened to me for 18 minutes, then continued with the reason why I was there.HE IS ONE OF GODS GREATEST IFTS TO US, maybe it’s the person and not him!! MS. MARIA MORRIS??

I was very pleased with the care that I received from him. I broke my pinky toe and it became out of joint and looked bad. The staff got me an appointment that morning. Dr. Armstrong was very thorough and explained everything that he would be doing before he did it.

He has a terrible bedside manner. I work in the medical field, the way he speaks to his patients is unacceptable and lacks a lot of compassion. He is quick to judge and correct you. Will even laugh at things you say, answer you in a condensceding way. Oh, not to mention keep you in the waiting room for an hour and then another 45 min to an hour in a room before he sees you.

Dr Armstrong is an amazing doctor. He listens to everything that I had to say, took time to make sure I understood everything he explained, and is professional and kind. Strongly recommend

Saw Dr Armstrong due to five yrs of back pain. There is no doubt in my mind that he is smart and knows what he's doing, but he has zero bedside manner. He spent time criticizing the way I spoke, and shook his head when I was telling him past treatments I had undergone. I have a long goatee and he told me to move that "thing" up so he could access my chest to listen to my heart. He spent more time dictating medical lingo into a tape recorder than telling me about my condition.
