Ok the reason why I gave this dentist a poor rating is because of his poor bedside manners and the fact that it is not very culturally diverse. I have been at this practice for about 6 years but the only reason I stayed is because he has hired another dentist and we are now seeing her. His social skills are awful. The staff is wonderful but I have never liked him.

My two sons have been going to Dr. Moore for 5 years and, after our last visit, we will never be going back. It's sad because the rest of the staff is pleasant and patient, but Dr. Moore has absolutely no patience and talks down to parents. I have NEVER had a medical professional talk to me the way Dr. Moore did at our last visit and it was enough for me to tell the receptionist that we wouldn't be back. It's unfortunate because we've been there for 5 years, but I would rather have my children see a dentist that is patient and kind-mannered than one who is arrogant and rude.

If you want to take you child to one of the large assembly line offices that are run like factories, go ahead. You may never see the dentist and be careful because dentist my not even actually be a pediatric dentist, but an adult dentist working there, you'd better ask. If you quick, on time appointments and hands on care , great stable staff see Dr. Moore.
