My experience here was fantastic. After reading reviews I was nervous about coming but I had no other choice. I walked in with no appointment the lady at the front desk was nice and promptly got me checked in. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was called back by a medical assistant. She was kind of grouchy but whatever. They placed me in a room and told me the doctor would be in shortly. I waited maybe 3 minutes and he came in. He was very very nice, young, and informative. He listened to me, cared about what I was staying and then ran some tests. He came back and gave me some seriously amazing medicine and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. We called ahead at 8:40pm to make sure we could be seen if we arrived at 8:50 and were assured that as long as we got there before 9 we would be seen. We live in NSL, but have been driving all day from San Francisco, CA with our little 5 year old daughter displaying UTI symptoms. When we arrived at 8:50pm after speeding to get there in time, we were turned away and told we could go to the ER. We are on our way to the Taylorsville Instacare 25 minutes away and are extremely disappointed by how we were treated.
