Dr. Dean E Jarman

WATCH OUT, they probably don't take your insurance. Virtually every dentist in the Salt Lake area is in network with every dental plan but NOT Dr. Jarman. had a basic cleaning and just got a bill for $200. I called the office and they said they aren't in network with United and some other dental plans but can't be bothered to tell new patients this nor make any attempt to check your insurance before you show up for your first visit. The lack of communication is so disappointing and unprofessional. With hundreds of other dentists in the area that actually take insurance I certainly won't be back to this one.

Dr. Jarmen has been our family dentist for 22 years. His office and staff are excellent across the Board. They have always stepped up when we needed extra help.

I would never recommend. Had me do a procedure over two days because of their schedule, a procedure that I was told would be covered by my insurance and it wasn’t. Of which I get to pay for twice. Unwilling to do anything but stiff me with a 650$ bill, when all I went in for was a cleaning!

Dr. Jarman is excellent. the girls on his staff are terrific, especially Amy and Andrea.

Great dentist - very gentle and thorough.
