Dr. Carlos Bazaldua

Dr. Bazaldua has been my primary care physician for about 10 years now. He listens to my concerns and is always kind and professional.

Said they would refill my blood pressure meds and then they just ghosted me. If they don't want to do it they should just say so. If they want me to "take a hike" they should just say that too. It would save me time and money and at least I would know I need to go to someone else to get my medicine. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete a previous bad review on this site. I'm told reposting this will delete the old 1 star review I gave. I'm changing it to 4 stars because his RN did eventually get back to me and referred me to another doctor who can help. But I wouldn't go back to his office again, because it's difficult to get someone on the phone and obviously a response from the staff.

Our family has seen Dr. Bazaldua for years. He is patient, thorough and caring, and he takes time to answer any questions you might have. He walked both of my grandfathers through their final years with compassion and skill. My husband had a fairly rare infectious disease, which Dr Bazaldua diagnosed and treated quickly. If he had not recognized and addressed it, our pediatrician told us it would most likely have spread to our young child and could have been quite serious. Highly recommend!

He is courteous to the patient n his diagnosis is perfect

I have been going to Dr. B for many years. He is very personable but at the same time professional. He really cares about his patients and goes out of his way to make sure that you are doing well. Overall just a great doc.

Dr. B is the PCP for my husband who recently had a stroke and we went to him as a new patient. Extremely personable and thorough. Feels like we have been seeing him for years. Office staff is on point as well. HIGHLY recommend.

What a great doctor!! I'm impressed with how professional Dr. Bazaldua is and how he personally cares for his patients. I have confidence in his expertise and comfort in his genuine care for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bazaldua!

Feel like it was rush, he wanted to make another appt. to get my husband blood checked and I said no, i don't have time for that so we did it that day. The lady that got his blood did not get all the blood she needed the first time and so she had to stab him again two times and the blood did not. then a week in half later they send home a letter saying he needs to come in and get the other test done but then two days later they sent home a bill charging for the test that was nevered done.

Great doctor with good bedside manor. Took 1.5 hours to see me, as he was in a training. When he finally arrived, it was a quick 10 minute appt. I then had to schedule ANOTHER appt to do a physical. Why I had to do two appointments is beyond me. I am giving this Dr a poor review because of the office staff. I have called 20+ times, never gotten thru! Had to physically drive there to schedule. Also, my lab results were sent to TWO different people! I finally got my labs..they were BLANK.
