Dr. Robert S. Pollard

A bit of wait at the office but Dr. Pollard attention to detail, explanation of procedures and outstanding service made it all worth it.

Dr. Pollard is one of the best doctors/surgeons that exists. He explains everything in an understandable manner.

Waited over 3 weeks for my appt. After arriving on time I was put in a room and after waiting for over an hr and a half without seeing the doctor I decided to leave. I told the nurse I was leaving and she did not seem surprised at all. She acted as if it was normal to wait that long. Completely ridiculous and disrespectful.

First off let me say that Dr. Cueto is breath taking! I had surgery and she did a great job! Her staff is always nice and every office visit was easy and painless!! Thanks again for doing a great job Doc!!!

Dr. Pollard is one of the better physicians I have ever interacted with. Very thorough in the initial visit and fully explained the procedure I was to have. Surgery went great and he made sure during the follow up visit to make sure I was recovering well. Took time with me to fully answer any questions-never felt like I was being rushed in and out. One needs only a single consultation to appreciate the knowledge, experience & quality patient care that Dr. Pollard possesses. He took substantial time to review the complicated history of procedures performed by former doctors and then thoughtfully & patiently walked me through the necessary surgical procedure, including a thorough discussion of possible risks. The operation itself was successfully performed and without complications. Please trust me when I say that my complex procedure was extraordinary. I believe few physicians in DFW have the experience & skills to execute what Dr. Pollard performed so flawlessly. I am extremely thankful to him and his friendly, professional staff. I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am for having Dr. Pollard as my doctor. He saved my legs, did a huge aortofem bypass on me, and followed me meticulously throughout. I had a secondary flareup, and he was there on a Sunday doing emergency surgery on me for 6 hours. I love this doctor and his staff. Without him and his knowledge and expertise I would be an invalid to this day, and i was only 59 at the time of the first surgery, and now am 61.

Dr. Pollard is a fantastic doctor. When my mother went in for problems with walking, Dr. Pollard was incredibly patient with us and explained the issue and procedure very clearly and on our level where we could easily understand. He always took the time to explain it over to other family members as well. The procedure went smoothly just as he said. His staff is super amazing as well. Jennifer is so responsive on any questions or assistance needed.

My appointment was almost a total disappointment. My total wait time was 1hr and 23 minutes. There were lots of excuses put forth as to what COULD have made him late, but nothing offered as to what really made him late. A little word trickery. But it was a Monday morning.... The General Manager did not know--he stood her up, too. The office receptionists did not know--he wouldn't tell them either. Nor did his MA. Just plain arrogance on his part. One note: Office Receptionists were very helpful.

Very much a wait and see doctor, keeps bringing you back for follow ups when action obviously warranted. And never on time. Don't get excited if they bring you back on time for your appointment, that's just the nurse. He will keep you waiting at least an hour past your scheduled time, if not longer. Two appointments, major issue in between he could have prevented, and he's just scheduling yet another followup.
