Was very good service amazing people!

Dr. Larson did what I wanted. I didn't want a new set of Xrays I only wanted to confirm my current practice around my hip and exercise.

Flew in from out of state for my surgery and couldn’t be happier. My provider in Alaska told me they were the best and they were not lying.

Dr. Larson is fantastic. He and is staff are dedicated to seeing patients get back on their feet doing what they love. He has helped me with both knees, understands my goals as an athlete, and is passionate about the work he does for his clients.

I had an ACL repair with Dr. Larson and his team, he was wonderful. I would send any family or friend his way.

I saw Dr Larson after another surgeon had turned me down for hip arthroscopy surgery, he was very thorough in our appointment, aware of how my ehlers danlos syndrome could affect recovery etc. I'm currently waiting for surgery next month but have been very pleased and felt heard by him and his team.

Dr. Larson took the time to listen to my concerns and goals for post surgery. Dr. Larson is an incredible compassionate and friendly doctor who makes every patient feel special and cared for. He explains complex things in a way that a patient can understand. He is also incredibly competent physician.

Warning! I've had 3 hip surges with Dr. Larson and his team. After the most recent, I felt a pop the night after surgery and ended up the ER. I stayed in contact with Dr. Larson and his team and I was continuously reassured that everything was fine. However, after receiving contradictory advice from physical therapists (both work at TCO), I looked for second opinions. I saw three different doctors from three different institutions in the Twin Cities. ALL THREE said the last surgery performed (which was a revision from a prior surgery by Larson and his team), had a very slim chance of success and that the surgery shouldn't have been performed. Moreover, the last time I saw Dr. Larson he told me "I'm not in the business of operating on people three times (on the same joint)", which suggested to me that his reputation was more important to him than the health and satisfaction of his patients. In addition, every appointment I had started AT LEAST an hour after the scheduled time and only after I filled out 20 plus pages of surveys for an unknown reason (likely research). Lastly, once you finally get in, you will be rushed through an exam and won't have all of your questions answered. This doctor is great, one of the best/most experienced in the country for hip arthroscopic surgery, so I’ve heard. I saw him twice in person I believe. His office team is very supportive and with everyone’s help I’ve been able to obtain a referral for another opinion. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to stay in touch as life goes on and we can keep an eye on my hip. (This is an edited review after my issue was resolved). I have a very unique situation and ultimately Dr. Larson referred me to another specialist, but it was very apparent that Dr. Larson is very knowledgeable and he got immediately to the root of the problem.

The minute Doctor Larson entered my evaluation room I knew he was the surgeon for me. His fully confident aura and his excitement about his work really impressed me as I entered into a surgery about which I was extremely hesitant (hamstring reattachment). He calmed any doubts I had. The surgery went very well and I experienced minimal post-surgical discomfort. In reality, my only real discomfort arose from my 72 year old knees being held in the brace for a month. Thanks to Doctor Larson's polished skills I feel no sit-bone pain! Now that I am beginning rehab, I feel strong in the surgical leg and anxiously await return to biking and Nordic skiing. I had a great experience with Dr. Larson and his team. I came to him for a second opinion after the first doctor wasn't able to get me to Mayo for the surgery I needed 4 weeks after my scope. 15 minutes after I left my consultation with Dr. Larson, my surgeon at Mayo was calling to schedule me in. He was a very good communicator and understanding with all of my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ortho surgeon. I had a great experience with Dr. Larson and his team. Dr. Larson was excellent at my daughters first appointment with him. His bedside manner was incredible! He communicated directly with her in a positive manner explaining every detail of all medical options for her situation. Best start to finish medical experience I’ve ever had. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Could not have been better.

I have to drive 23 miles to get to see Dr.Larson and I would drive 10 times that many miles to get to him to get my knees injected. I lived in Illinois most of my life, was a cement finisher for 28 years so I've been getting injections for a number of years. In all of my experiences, I have NEVER FOUND A DOCTOR to inject my knees as painless as Dr.Larson! He is absolutely the BEST!

Recently took my son in to have his knee looked at. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Referral of PT was spot on as well. Would definitely recommend Dr. Larson and TCO!!

Dr.Larson is simply amazing. So kind & listens to you & your concerns. I am so blessed to have him for my Dr. we travel from Fargo , ND. to the Cites to see him. And it’s worth it. His staff is great also & always a big help.

Dr Larson has been seeing my daughter for her ACL/meniscus injury. Dr Larson takes the time to explain everything and puts her mind at ease. Long road ahead for her, but our experience with Dr Larson and the rest of his care team (Michelle, Kevin, etc) has been exceptional!

Amazing surgeon!! He just operated on our sons hip and is doing his other hip in a month to correct what another surgeon did. This guy really knows what he's doing, very knowledgeable. Very friendly, quick surgery time, highly recommend!

Just tell the Scheduling Dept you cant explain whats wrong in 2 minutes when you are trying to see a Specialist.I came from Dallas area and have seen 3 just for my bad back.Injections,Top Drs.Remember to please Be kind.. We are in pain!Rudeness doesnt help us any ...
